Beautiful updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo With Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Walking Distance to Multiple Ski Lifts & Main Street. Free Park City Bus Stop in Front of Complex Gives You Easy Access to Everything Park City has to Offer. Steps to ***Heated Pool and Spa***. Indoor Sauna is Also Available as Well as Indoor Parking. Master Bedroom Bathroom is En-Suite With a King Bed and New 28" ROKU Smart TV. Second Bedroom now has a Brand New Queen bed and One Twin Bed So Couples Can Sleep Together in the Same Bed in the Secondary Bedroom. The Condo also has a Keurig & a Regular Coffee Maker.

The Living Area is Very Comfortable and Has a New 55" ROKU Smart TV and a Sleeper Sofa.

The Kitchen has Been Recently Remodeled With Granite Counter Tops, Large Island That Seats 4 and Stainless Steel Appliances.

Dining Area has an Expanding Table that Can Accommodate 8.

Hot Tub is now open year round. Also, pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and when Park City Mountain Resort is open for the Winter season. Dates TBD. Shoulder Season (off season) pool is not open per Edelweiss HOA. Please inquire with management with questions. Please note that property does not have central A/C but has a portable A/C unit and several fans for summer.

Everything was fine, location was perfect. Easy walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, but short drive to downtown. Downtown was very busy; it was nice to be outside of that but easy to run to dinner.

Best location - right across street/parking lot from base camp, walking distance manageable for 8/11 year olds in full gear/carrying boards. We used our car to drive into town for dinners &shopping etc. fantastic restaurants in town. Loved the hot tub and also the fireplace! Highly recommend

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is located literally across the street from the Park City resort so the location couldn't be better. The space was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the way our host kindly helped with questions we had about ski hire and restaurants ahead of the visit.

Condo is clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for the hot tub. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest chair lift. Highly recommend.

Nice, older condo in great location if you are skiing…ok if you are not. Portable AC unit kept the living area cool but not the bedrooms. Condo is very dark not like the photos on website. Master bath was not white glove clean and drain in sink was clogged. Our last day the nice cleaning people came at 10 and we were not ready to leave because checkout is at 11. They stayed on the porch and waited…it was a little awkward.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The location is ideal, the place felt like home and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Park City. We visited Park City for a 3 day ski weekend, and this condo was perfect for our group of three guys. The mountain is a short 3-5 minute walk across the street and a parking lot, so it was easy to just walk back to the condo to take a break or get something. We were also able to easily walk into the main downtown area (10-15 min) to visit the restaurants and bars, though we could have taken the bus if needed. The location was perfect. The unit is right next to the hot tub and heated pool so that was super convenient after a long day on the slopes. The unit itself was clean and exactly as described. It is a compact unit, but we didn't feel cramped at all, plenty of room to spread out and the two bathrooms were nice to have. The unit ran a little warm for our tastes, but that wasn't really a problem. We also didn't have any issue with noise or outside sounds as others have commented on. It was a perfect unit for what we needed, and would highly recommend to others looking to visit Park City and who prioritize being walking distance to the mountain.
