Family ski trip
Great condo. Location is the best if you are skiing Deer Valley. You can walk to the resort in 10 minutes. Spacious and clean. Nice kitchen and well appointed. We are going to book again for next year.

The Perfect Spot for a Ski Trip - Great Value
This place checks all the boxes for a great ski trip. We appreciated the ease of gearing up in the garage and catching the free city bus to Park City or Deer Valley. The hot tub is big and clean, perfect for an apres soak. Special thanks to Edo, the property manager, for a seamless check-in and check-out experience. He was always quick to respond to our questions before and during the trip. We plan to stay here again the next time we're in Park City.

Great ski trip with great accommodations! Super comfortable and convenient to Park City Mountains Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Hot tub was great, garage was nice to have, abundance of bathrooms was great and the house is more private than others. Would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the house! Too far to walk to Main Street and back but the bus stop across the street takes you right downtown.

Beyond expectations!!
We stayed as a family of 4 at the condo in Deer Valley. The location could not have been more perfect!! It was a 3 min drive to the snow park base lodge! The condo itself was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and had all the items you would need for a stay ! Everything was perfect! We especially loved the garage and mud room downstairs which made it so easy coming back from a day of skiing! After dumps of snow it was great not having to clean the car in the am!! The fireplace was such a nice treat to sit in front of after a day of skiing! The condo even had humidifiers in each room, which with little kids was a huge plus!! The kitchen was fully stocked!! They even had K cups! There were extra towels and all the rooms had something special and unique to itself! The whole apartment was so comfortable to move around!! Although we didn’t use the shuttle, there is the local DV shuttle that comes right to the door!! We truly loved this condo and will absolutely be returning next year!!! The owner and property staff are so easy to deal with and reach! Don’t hesitate to book this!! :)

House was located in close proximity to everything. No surprises, it was exactly what we thought we were getting from online pictures. Roomy for 5 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. We'd book it again..

House is just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and spacious with close proximity to Snow Park Lodge. Host and local property manager were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Deer Valley!

Deer Valley is the BEST!
We were a family of 7 comprising grandparents, parents, an aunt and two children ages 6 and 9. The location of this condo was ideal, within walking distance (or a short bus ride) to the ski school for the children. The accommodation had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

PC Girls Trip
We had a great time in the house. There are bus stops for the free PC bus very close to the house making getting anywhere in town easy. The house was nicely stocked, felt clean and was very cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Christmas Week with Family
Enjoyed our stay during Christmas week. I own and manage a single family home in downtown Austin and frankly was a little surprised by the condition of the home. The home was clean upon arrival but the leather sofa had previously been patched and there was another rip in the leather. The coffee table wobbled and looked like it was ready to collapse. We stayed there with 6 adults and 4 kids all 6 and under and it worked out well but didn't feel spacious.

I apologize that you were inconvenienced by the tear in the sofa and the coffee table. We try to keep everything very nice and do not spare expense on maintenance and provisioning the condo. We replaced the sofa on 1/6/24. I was unaware of a problem with the coffee table but will check into it and repair or replace if needed. I appreciate the feedback and am glad that you enjoyed your visit despite the poor snow conditions over the holidays this year.

Thanksgiving stay
Beautiful luxurious property to enjoy time with our adult children! We highly recommend this property. John was very responsive and the home has all of the amenities described. This was our first Thanksgiving away from home and we were able to cook and feel as if we were at home! The kitchen was fully supplied!

Ski vacation in Deer Valley on President’s Day Weekend
This property is ideally located near the base lift inn Deer Valley with excellent shuttle bus service just down the driveway. The house is well stocked, especially if you like to cook, as we do. The hot tub, grill and fire pit were much enjoyed each evening.

Love This Place So Much!
This home was everything we hoped for and more. I've been traveling to the area since 2011 and this is definitely one of my favorite stays! I booked it for a girls getaway for 7 of us - and it was PERFECT. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms - and it did not feel like we were on top of each other and could take space when needed. The kitchen and living room area warm and inviting for staying at home with games and the fire roaring. The host/house manager did a great job staying in contact with us if we had questions about the house. Would love to return! Thank you to Edo and the owners! It was the trip of a lifetime for all of the gals.

Property is VERY close to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. We walked on several occasions, but chose to drive when we had our ski gear on (3 kids!) Dual master bedrooms + large bunk bed room gave our group plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen has all of the essentials. Washer/Dryer was clutch! This property also has a really nice deck with a fire pit. The living area is a bit smaller but the garage is HUGE and is a definite plus - we have a large truck and Tahoe - both fit easily. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Uber / Grocery delivery was able to easily locate this property.

Perfect Location
Absolutely loved this condo nestled right up to the mountain side. Our favorite part was all the trails right out the front door. We could take the trails for casual walks or a run straight into downtown Park City. The scenery was stunning (we had a fall visit) The Private jacuzzi was a great way to unwind as was the balcony outdoor fireplace. Perfect place for my family of 10 to stay.

Excellent value. The place was exactly as described in the listing and it had everything my group needed. Highly recommend downloading the “MyStop Mobile” app and utilizing the free bus system, which picks up about 100 yards from the unit. Hot tub was clean and we definitely utilized it!

The house worked out great for everyone! Awesome for a multi family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed making dinners at home after skiing all day. Grilled a couple of times. Nice location. Highly recommended.

Perfect Home Base for Winter Adventures
We were a crew of 3 middle aged men. This home was PERFECT. For 3 Days and 4 nights we had nothing but R and R. Ski by day and Relax at night. The amenities were perfect and abundant. We cooked a bunch of food and had no shortage is spices and cookware to execute. When we weren’t eating or skiing we were relaxing by the fire, watching tv and on the final night took a dip in the hot tub to keep us limber and functional. I can’t say enough about the location. Convenient to the slopes but far away to keep it low key. Thanks for the adventure! Park City is a magical place.

This is an amazing house!

Location ideal, quiet private street, well appointed house.
Our family of 7 stayed here for a ski week in March. The property owner and manager were very attentive from start to finish, quickly addressing minor needs and making certain we were well taken care of in every way. The bedding is super comfortable and the house is well stocked with items you normally have to buy when renting like laundry detergent and a variety of spices. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed for meal prep and serving. The dining table seats six with an additional bar that seats four. It would have been nice to have a few folding chairs to accommodate everyone around the table for games and meals. The location is awesome; a quick 5 minute walk to the base of Deer Valley. We loved it so much that we booked a week next year on our 3rd day there. Thanks John and Edo!

Great Snow Trip
We really had a wonderful time at this place! Property was in a great location, less than 5 minutes to the town. It is even walk-able, depending on the weather. There is a hill/woods area right next to it where our kids were able to play in the snow and do some light sledding. Spacious garage and nice entry area to put on/remove our gear. I loved that every room had it's own restroom as it was really convenient for all of us. Thank you John and Edo for our wonderful hospitality experience and we hope to stay with you again.

Great Home for Deer Valley
The home is fantastic for one or two families. It is about a 3 minute walk to the base of Deer Valley, and about a 4 minute drive to Main Street in Park City. The home was very well stocked (i.e. spices, foil, tupperware, pots/pans, etc.) in the kitchen that was above and beyond most VRBO's we have lodged at. The two car garage is extremely large to accommodate two large vehicles with room leftover for skis and other snow equipment. The three primary bedrooms are on the top level and have comfy beds. Everything was in great condition. Lots of showers to keep everyone moving, especially the kids! The front porch has a gas grill and seating area for 4. The back deck hosts the hot tub and is well secluded by trees. We stayed with another family, for a total of 8. The home was ample for all of us. The property manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. All of our inquiries were responded to within one hour. We will definitely lodge here again upon our next trip to Deer Valley!

This was our first trip to Park City and we had young kids (4 and 7) and this was the perfect place to stay. Property and Owner are amazing
The House itself is in the perfect location! Not even 5 minutes from the base of the mountain. The house is furnished wonderfully and everything was in perfect working order for us. We will absolutely stay with John again. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to the COVID-19 outbreak and I can't say enough about how John handled the situation with us. He was compassionate and understanding. As a property owner he was going to lose money but he still refunded the nights we were unable to stay. He has renters for life is us!

Amazing Home for Family Vacation

We’ve been coming to Park city In January for 4 years now. This is the best house we’ve rented. Description listed is very accurate. No surprises. Beds are very comfortable. Outdoor fire pit for s’mores and little hill for sledding were excellent for the kids. The hot tub was in great condition. Ck-in & Ck-out process are the easiest we’ve encounter. Response from the property manager was very fast as well. We would definitely come back to this house next time in park city.

This is a wonderful, fully equipped condominium and the management company was very responsive when issues arose. The location was convenient for the ski shuttle and the bus to town. Thank you for arranging for a few groceries to be delivered before our arrival. The hot tub was cleaned the day before we left and did not heat up in time for us to be able to use it that night, but otherwise everything was good. The hot tub temperature had been perfect before that day. It was a great place for our ladies trip.
