Well Located and Designed Park City House

We loved the location. An easy walk to the Park City ski lifts and an easy walk to downtown. The house is spacious and well designed to all of the small details. Large TV's in every bedroom. A world class Jacuzzi. A kitchen design by and furnished by a cook. The gas fireplace is a delight and gathering point. All of the furnishings were first class and contemporary. The garage is set up as a gym, but does cause guests to park in the driveway.

Perfect house

One of the few properties where the listing photos do not do the house justice. Every room is exceptional with high end finishes and furnishings throughout including in-wall wireless Sonos system in each room, and the amazing main fireplace. The location is a perfect balance between downtown and the mountain. Walk into the bottom of main street PC was under 10 minutes and the base for PCM was an easy 4-5 minute walk down hill. There is a narrow trail off of King's Crown run that you can ski into the home from. It is easily found, but slightly challenging to navigate due to being a little narrow. Our group utilized this each day, and most of us would make the short hike up to start.

Great Family Ski Trip

House was excellent. It had everything you could have asked for. We had a couple of minor issues that the rental team took care of within minutes of us contacting them. The location was really close to PC base village. We had grandparents and young kiddos and everyone did fine with the walk. Would and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property - Highly Recommended

I cannot speak highly enough of iTrip and this home. It truly had everything we needed, was in the best location (great bars and coffee shops within 10 min walk) to Main Street. It was spacious, looked exactly like it does in their photos. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had every pot, pan, plate and utensil that you would need to cook a meal at home, and we never had any issues with parking. iTrip was so communicative, responsive, and great to work with. I had to add an extra night to my reservation last minute and they made it happen so quickly. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back to Park City, and I will be recommending this rental to friends and family.

Amazing

This place was perfect. Easy walk to and from the mtn. While not technically ski in, it is possible for the experienced skier. The house was very well appointed. Helpful to have all the necessities in stock at the house. House was clean, quiet and worked well for a group of 6 adults. Hot tub was clean which isn’t always the case with rentals. Impressed with the heating system which kept each room equally heated. Only two suggestions—more coasters so there is no risk ruining the dining table and a small vacuum as the rug pills after 7 days of use. Check in and out was easy and Itrip helped connect us to grocery and liquor delivery. Super key for a 12/25 arrival. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful, modern home very close to the slopes.

Fun, modern, and clean home. Lots of amenities. Amazing kitchen for cooking. Fun open area off kitchen perfect for meals, games, movies, you name it. 5 min walk to mountain village. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms.

Great House in perfect location!

This house is amazing! Very clean and modern with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, and sitting areas, as well as the comfortable beds! Location allowed for waling to the slopes and to town. Perfect Ski house!

Great spot

The house was beautiful and perfectly set up for a group of couples. 5 min walk to the lifts at park city base and about 10 min walk into downtown. Absolutely worth the money!

Great Home

We had a group of 10 and this home worked great. We were able to ski in to the back of the home without trouble, once I figured out the route. Accomodations were excellent and the home was amazing. We walked downhill to the PCMR base as well as to Old Town for shopping and eating. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

Location is amazing! Right on the mountain-could ski in with enough snow coverage. Can walk down to main street bars and restaurants easily! The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone! Super clean! Would definitely stay again! Can’t say enough good things about this place!
