Stained carpets and black mold on shower curtain.

The carpets were stained in the shower curtain had black mold on it. On the last evening and alarm kept going off in my room from the door lock and it would not stop beeping really loudly and I couldn't go to sleep so I called vrbo customer service and they called the property manager for the site and they said they would be out there and nobody came out that evening I called back three different times and nothing happened. It wasn't my greatest experience.
