  • The Park Station Condominium Hotel is located at the base of Park City’s historic Main Street, within walking distance to shops, nightlife, and a variety of eating establishments. Steps from your condo you will have convenient access to the Town Lift and the Skier's Bridge. Free public transit stops regularly just outside the Park Station, taking riders to any one of our neighboring resorts.

    The Park Station features two buildings with privately owned hotel rooms, one, two and three bedroom condominiums. Cable Television and wireless internet access are included.

    Guests staying at the Park Station Condominium Hotel check-in onsite at 950 Park Avenue and have access to all property amenities, including an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and coin-operated laundry facilities. Complimentary outdoor and covered parking is available.

    During the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day), guests also have access to a large outdoor pool. ***UPDATE - POOL/HOT TUB CLOSED 2025 FOR RENOVATION***

    This is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium (1390 sq. ft.) featuring two queen beds (one in each of the first two bedrooms) and a twin bunk bed (in the third bedroom). Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, wood-burning fireplace and balcony. Sleeps up to 6.

Overall excellent. I've stayed at this complex multiple times in different units. It is one of the best values for easy walking access to the Town Lift. (Can check skis right at base of lift.) Can walk to all downtown locations. The units, in general, can be dated but are nice.The complex recently updated the outdoor Jacuzzi (2) and pool -- excellent.This unit has a very well-equipped kitchen.This specific unit only suffers from an outdated smart TV. It took 30 minutes but I was able to get it on the wifi and log into Amazon Prime for evening family movies. Bring your own streaming stick or Apple TV to plug in if that is your thing.

Great location! Would def stay here again. Everything was great for us, but things others might want to know: some might find bed’s uncomfortable, unit is a little dated (but we are here to be outside so didn’t bother us in the least)

Great Stay, Perfect location close to slopes and town

My family had a great time at the Park City Condo. We were in the perfect location, steps from the slopes and downtown, the best of both worlds. The condo was the perfect set up for my family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 young adults / teens. We hope to return in the future.

Great location for a quick weekend ski trip

Accurate listing and excellent communication. Smooth check-in and check-out process. We came back to park city for a few more days on the mountain, given the amount of snow this year. This property worked well for 4 adults and the location is very convenient to the town lift.

We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to future reservation. Pluses are: King Bed (super comfy) Master bathroom Bunk beds in 3rd bedroom Few minutes from a grocery store Huge Hot tub, kid pool, and heated pool. Prime Location

Our stay was perfect. Dumped snow all weekend, blessing us with powder conditions. Condo was great, was just me and my son. We used the fireplace, hot tub and loved being a 5 minute walk from Town Lift. Condo was clean, check-out had zero requirements which I’ve never experienced and Hilary was helpful when called on. Would stay in the same place if we ever visit Park City again.

Great experience

Overall, we could not be happier. Host was accommodating to a mistake I had made. The unit is on the older side but very clean and central to everything. Bus stop is right in front of the complex and is a 5 minute ride to Park City Mt. Or you can walk 1 block to the Town lift. Main St with all the dining and shopping is right there. Would love to come back.
