The HOA is currently in process of renovating units and elevators, and apologies for any inconvenience that their construction might have caused you. We have also passed your feedback on about the other items you encountered as well regarding WiFi connectivity, shower temperature times, etc., so that we can improve those too. Had we been provided the opportunity to service the home while you were here we would have been happy to fix it. Unfortunately we didn't hear from you until after you had checked out. Dear Hope, Thank you for leaving us a review and your feedback regarding the noise of the constructions prior to 6am. Should you ever encounter this again, please know the contractors were in violation of city noise ordinances and you can report them to the police. I'm sorry that disrupted your stay and took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. We acknowledge and understand that you must have invested a lot of money to make this luxurious trip with your one year old and babysitter special, and it's unfortunate that the construction noise prevented you from having the perfect stay. The construction is something out of our control, but we'd like to do all we can to make your next visit more comfortable and pleasant. Please don't hesitate to let us know when you plan on returning so we can keep an eye on any upcoming projects in the area. We'd be more than happy to provide information about them or consider ways to ease the sound impact during your stay. We strive for every guest to have a 5 star vacation and are disappointed to hear this was not your experience. In the future please reach out to us during your stay so that we can help. As you are familiar we are available via text, email and phone and are happy to assist all our guests anytime. Since you have checked out I will do my best to address below. 1. Free Ski Rental: The skis are 100% FREE– it is not buy one get one. I'm sorry to hear you were not able to take advantage of this amenity. As communicated at the time of booking the vendor may run out during peak times. If you rented skis elsewhere and have a receipt please reach out to us off line and we can reimburse you. 2. Parking Garage - This is a limited access garage and you need a code to access it. I cannot speak to the "drawings" on your car but we can ask the HOA to check the security cameras if you'd like. Please let us know. 3. There is a garage from the parking garage to the home. We do not operate it but we could have worked with the HOA to determine a solution. I have followed up with them and can forward you their reply offline.
