Great Property!

This property is perfect for large groups with ample sleeping, eating, and lounging space. The close proximity to downtown Park City was perfect for easy access to restaurants and shopping. David was very communicative and an excellent host!

Fantastic comfortable large home!

What an absolutely terrific home! This is the third time we have stayed in this rental and it will not be the last time. The home is spacious and comfortable. It has every amenity one could want. The location is easy to find and a nice walk to Main Street All that, and it is a great value!

Great Location!

The property at Deer Valley fit all of our needs with two families. Plenty of space and loved that we could get the bus right outside of the house. Walking to the shops and restaurants on Main St was so close and easy! The owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with when needed.

Great location and great Audio Visual package. In house Theater!

Really loved my stay at this well appointed property that works for all types of vacationers. Large groups or small, skiers, adventurers, or couch potatoes. There is an in house theater! Easy access to the local ski resorts and a 60 second walk to downtown. Great TV in main room, high quality sound system throughout the house, and did I mention the Theater!

OUTSTANDING!!

This beautiful home was everything and more than advertised. The location cannot be any better (4 minute walk to main street) and my family loved the theatre room and game room after a long day of skiing. The owner was very eager to make certain our stay went well and couldn't have been nicer. The interior is amazing and my husband was crazy about the steam shower and the spa. We are ready to book for next year!

Perfect Location

Property was in great condition. Location couldn't be better. Short and easy walk to the main action in Park City. Everything at the property was in perfect working condition. The owner was very thorough in his communication throughout the booking and even called me on the last night to check in to see how things were (an awesome touch as I've never had that happen before at a VRBO). I would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC SPOT ACROSS FROM THE BUS STOP AND A 5-MINUTE WALK INTO TOWN

We stayed a few days in this great townhome, literally across the street from the bus stop which brought us right up to the base of the mountain. Put on your ski boots in the garage and cross the street, it was that easy. The accommodations were stellar, with a awesome theater room for relaxing and watching a movie in the full surround sound experience. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We are definitely coming back!

Great Location and Beautiful Home

This house is in a prime location within walking distance of downtown Park City and right across the street from the bus stop taking you directly to the base of Snow Park Lodge DV. The amenities from the hot tub, game tables, movie room and all of the TVs were huge hits with the adults and kids. The kitchen and bar areas were well equipped with everything you could need for entertaining. The bedrooms provided plenty of space and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. Our experience with the management company was great as well. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded quickly and effectively. Overall a great stay, 5 out of 5!

Fabulous Park City/Deer Valley Get-a-way

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property and we cannot recommend it high enough. The property is situated within one block of Main Street, Park City with fabulous restaurants and excellent shopping. Occupying three levels, the property has ample space for my large family and our guests. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen and spent the next two days skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. The property has a movie theater for relaxing after skiing and a Jacuzzi for soothing your sore muscle after a long day of skiing, or a long hike in the summer. Winter or summer, this is a truly unique vacation get-a-way. Love Park City and love this property.

Cozy Home near town and the slopes!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful cozy home minutes from the slopes of both Deer Valley and Park City! The house has all of the amenities that you could ask for and came fully stocked with every plate, cup and cooking utensil necessary to make it feel like home. The kids especially loved the movie theater room and the game table! Every room had a television and really comfortable temperpedic beds, for an amazing nights sleep. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a long day of skiing. The location was also great because it was a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Main street. No need to take your car to town and drive around to find a parking space! The house was great for two families, we had 9 people staying there and it did not feel cramped at all. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Deer Valley!

PERFECT PLACE FOR WINTER OR SUMMER

THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR SKIERS OR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE NEAR THE CENTER OF PARK CITY AND DEER VALLEY. THE SHUTTLE BUS PICKS YOU UP AND DROPS YOU OFF RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, OR YOU CAN WALK INTO PARK CITY FOR SHOPPING OR DINNER WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINUTES. ALSO, THIS PLACE HAS ALL THE AMENITIES OF A 5 STAR RESORT, NICE BEDS, LINENS, PILLOWS AND FURNITURE. ALSO, GREAT VIDEO AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT FOR WATCHING TV OR CATCHING A MOVIE IN THE THEATRE. FROM THE LIVING ROOM, YOU ARE LOOKING RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW AT THE MOUNTAINS AND THE PARK CITY SKI AREA, OR YOU CAN CATCH A SHUTTLE AND BE IN DEER VALLEY IN A FEW MINUTES. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. Perfect ski getaway and gathering for friends and family

Me and 11 of us - both friends and family - stayed in March 2022. The house was the perfect distance from town and the town lift and had all of the amenities one could wish for. Beds a plenty, a cozy living room and fire place, all of the appliances for cooking, and a hot tub. The wifi was great for those who had to work, with a sonos system linked up for the musically inclined. My only gripe, and I know I'm nitpicking, was that the management company didn't leave sheets for the pull out couches and getting in touch with them was difficult. I had to call twice and email three times before getting a response. It wasn't a huge inhibitor, but I hope they'll be more responsive for the next guest. As you can tell, this was a high class problem and we were thrilled with our stay and hope to return in the future as a group!

Excellent Location

Traveled for a ladies weekend getaway over the 4th of July. We absolutely loved the location of the house! We were able to park the car and leave it there all weekend. You can truly walk to Main Street from this house and it's great! No uber, no extra driving. We also really liked the layout. With 4 floors, the separation and extra bedrooms were just what we needed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. Everyone got their own bedrooms, which is difficult to find when traveling in a group. Hot tub was a bonus. We also really liked the in-home speaker system so we could enjoy some music while having breakfast or getting ready to head down to the shops. The theater was also a nice feature and nice for a night in. Killer views from the property. The large front windows are nice, the main floor balcony and the master suite balcony were all very nice and offered a picture perfect view of Park City. I would recommend booking here and if we travel with a group our size in the future, we would definitely stay here again!

Highly dated without toilet paper

The property was in an excellent location and the setup was very nice but the property itself is severely dark and outdated with many broken and unusable components of the house. The first issue was with the media room which we would have liked to enjoy with our family. Nothing in the room worked. The cable wouldn’t connect, the sound would not play for dvds or anything else that we tried to work. The media system had no hdmi connections to hook up our own system to,not that it would have made a difference because of the sound issue. The system is 15 years out of date, I haven’t seen aux port and composite component video connections in the last decade. I text him about this and a property manager said he would come by but had no idea about the system, he never came anyways. The tv upstairs didn't work by the game loft. The cable downstairs repeatedly disconnected throughout the stay and required unplugging the system to reboot the cable box. All the appliances need updating. The dryer shuts off no matter what setting you have it on after a couple of minutes so you have to keep stalking the dryer to get your cloths to dry pushing the start over and over. The fireplace chimney probably hasn’t been cleaned out in the last decade either as smoke builds up in the house which the property management team should have noticed by the soot building up on the front of the fireplace under the tv. It takes 14 seconds to spray wd40 on a foosball table that barely moves as well all simple things not done by the management team. My favorite issue of the house was that it has 6 total rolls of toilet paper in the 3.5 bathrooms for 7 people. I asked the owner if there was a stock somewhere and said we would have to purchase our own. The cost of this property with no toilet paper is almost comical. Our July stay in Jackson hole had each bathroom fully stocked. Overall this property has such great potential but it is obvious the owner has minimal interest on his maintenance. The overall house appearance is clean where you can see but areas that aren’t trafficked or normally seen are dirty and dusty like under the couch and in corners. It’s pretty easy to remove layers of dust under a couch that easily moves. The location is amazing to everything and the layout of the house is nice for hanging out.

Park City Friend Group Trip

Outstanding location, great place.

We hit a bit of a snag checking in, since we did not receive the instructions. VRBO was good at helping us out and, once we were in the property, we had a great stay. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking of a place in Park City and you want very close (i.e., walking) access to Main Street. It made it very easy to go for coffee, restaurants, and just morning walks.

Family Celebration 70th birthday

Accomadations were awesome ! Perfect for our family. 10 adults plus 2 young children and 2 infants. Very comfortable and many ammenities. We loved the hot tub! The location was great - easy access to the town/restaurants and shops. Short bus to main ski area. Would definitely rent again.
