Located atop the premier Deer Valley Ski Resort, this stunning, spacious chalet-style end unit townhome showcases majestic mountain views along with ski access trails in the winter and hiking and biking paths in the summer. Completely renovated and elegantly furnished, this chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious dining room, living room with large fireplace, den, fully-equipped kitchen, game room/loft, and 2 decks. Additional amenities include a private hot tub, as well as community pool, tennis courts and underground parking. Natural light abounds. Perfectly located for skiing and sledding right out your door, and enjoying the outdoors in Upper Deer Valley's prestigious Silver Lake Village.

Great Spring Break

Wonderful 4 days at exceptional ski chalet
The condo had everything we needed and more! Very attractive decor, comfortable common areas & bedrooms, and convenient access to skiing. Felt like home only better! And the hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect stay!

Wonderful Condo in Der Valley
We stayed at the condo for Christmas. The hosts Sarah and Glen were so incredibly helpful before and during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is modern and clean. We had everything we needed for an amazing vacation! I would highly recommend the property.

Another great stay
This was our second time staying here. The place was great and the new floors made it even nicer and easier to keep clean. Our trip was cut short on the front end due to a flight cancellation. The hosts were very accommodating about last minute changes to our plans and even offered to extend our stay one day free of charge to help make up for our trip being cut short. Unfortunately we could not take them up on their offer although it was very appreciated. I am sure we will be back. Thanks again!

Family Ski Trip
The house was welcoming and the owners were in touch throughout the entire process. The house was clean and well-stocked. All of the bedrooms are located on the lower level. The kitchen and main living area are located on the upper level. The private hot tub was a great feature after a long day on the slopes! This location is a true ski-out. But you have a 5 minute walk back to the house. We had 3 boys (ages 7,10,12) and this was not a problem. Our family had a wonderful stay!

Great snow and Condo in Silverlake!!
We had an amazing time at the Condo last week with Epic snow and conditions!! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the kitchen was stocked with spices/coffee etc!! We enjoyed cooking and spending time playing games and chess after a long day of skiing!! Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day!! Skiing on/off couldn't be easier! Definitely will come back next year!! Thank you!! Karen & family
