Situated a mere 60 yards from the Park City Mountain Resort's Quit'n Time ski run, it provides almost ski-in/ski-out access when weather permits, and an easy, flat walk to the slopes otherwise. In warmer months, the home's prime mountain location is perfect for hiking and other summer outdoor activities, ensuring enjoyment all year round.

Après Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in.

Please note there is an exterior Blink security camera present at the front door/entrance of the property.
