467 Windrift Lane is a professionally decorated and remodeled mountain modern townhouse offering 3 bedrooms plus bonus room and 3 full bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with mature willow and spruce trees and a bubbling mountain stream running adjacent.

The exceptional location offers a perfect base for your mountain expedition with restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, shops, and golf course/Nordic Ski Center less than 0.5 miles away and Park City Mountain only 1.2 miles away.

This luxury townhouse features an open and inviting main level living room with vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, large picture windows with exceptional mountain views of both resorts, ample seating and a large flatscreen HDTV with DVR. Sliding glass doors open to a private front covered deck which features a private hot tub, bistro table and chairs, and an outdoor BBQ Grill.

The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8+ and is next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and kitchen counter with 4 barstools. Down the hall is a king bedroom with HDTV, a full bathroom with double vanity and separate toilet/shower room and a king bedroom suite with private bathroom, two closets and HDTV.

Head up the stairs to a bedroom with two twin beds, a huge closet, HDTV, and a full ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Off this bedroom is a bonus room with two more twin beds.

This private townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 people (8 Adults Max) ‘in beds' and also offers a queen pullout in the living room sectional. For added versatility, the 2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom can be moved together and made up as a king bed.

There is garage parking for one vehicle, driveway parking space for one vehicle and extra parking spaces directly across the street.

A Park City Bus Stop (Saddleview Way Stop) is only 300 ft away. For routes and trip planning, download the “myStop” app on your mobile device.

During the summer, guests have access to the Windrift community pool (late June through early September) and tennis courts.

HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

COVID-19 POLICY

***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:

1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.

2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.

3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.

4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.

5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.

6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.

7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Spring break to always remember

Cannot stress how wonderful the location is of this condo. Walking distance to free PC shuttle busses, walking distance to grocery/restaurants, and break taking views for morning coffee and hot tub soaks. The unit is fully equipped to cook for a family of at least 6, and the garage was very convenient for the ski gear. Easy to find, easy to park, and really an enjoyable modern space.

Great stay at Park City

The property is perfectly located for everything you want to do in Park City. It’s very close to the grocery/liquor store. Super convenient to get to Deer Valley or Park City ski resorts. 5 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping. The property had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a fireplace. A great coffee machine, great showers!! Also there are humidifiers that actually work! Our whole family had a great visit. The only issue could be if you have a bunch of young children. The person below us met us as we were arriving and said to tread lightly because they can hear the upstairs people walking even when just walking normally So I can imagine little kids running around like kids love to do could possibly disturb the visitor underneath. All in all a 5 star place!!

Location, location, location

Fabulous property and works well for 6 adults, located minutes (less than 3) from Park City Mountain. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had the upper bedroom made into a king (so had 3 king beds in total) which worked great for our family. The unit was very comfortable. We used the hot tub daily. Bo was a first rate host.

Very Comfortable Stay

We stayed in this unit from October 6-11. Our party included 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). We found it to be VERY clean and VERY comfortable. We have traveled extensively and have, unfortunately stayed in locations with beds that were terrible. These beds were extremely comfortable! It’s a bit of an older unit but has been updated nicely. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to a nice grocery store that had everything we needed. We used the kitchen extensively to prepare meals and found it to be well-equipped. The hot tub is small but was fine for our family (more than 4 people would be really crowded). The owner communicated well, and the booking process was easy. We would stay here again!

Great Property

We had a great stay at Windrift. The location is perfect, close to Main Street and Park City. Walking path and pickleball right across the street. Also walking distance to Park City Golf Club. Amazing stay 5 min. away from skiing!

Everything was great for our family ski trip. The townhome is on the top floor and incredibly quiet. We never heard the tenants below. It’s super clean and spacious for our 2 families. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics, the location cannot be beat with just minutes to restaurants, skiing, an amazing grocery store, and everything else. The owner was incredibly communicative, generous, and open. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to Park City. Don’t think twice! Book it.

Just what we wanted

We came for a family ski vacation with our 4 and 2 year old, with our nanny for the kids. It’s was a great distance for her to go do stuff with our 2 year old while the 4 year old was in ski lessons, and then come pick up and not lose a lot of time before naps. Kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub was perfect for after skiing before dinner! We wouldn’t hesitate to return

Location is right near the public bus stop which is free and frequent. Condo was well equipped with great kitchenware and nice smart TVs. Great communication with Bo the property manager who was flexible enough to accommodate check in and check out with our flight times.

Lovely stay!

Everything was super clean and comfortable! We loved the furnishings and linens. We weren’t aware that it was an upstairs unit and more stairs to access bedrooms upstairs (but we may have missed that detail). Hot tub very small - fits only 3 people, maybe 4 small people, but the water would overflow. Host was immediately responsive and welcoming. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Easy check in, the condo was very clean and just as beautiful as pictured. We recently stayed at this condo and I highly recommend it! I had my family of 5 plus my parents for a summer getaway in the mountains. The space was perfect for everyone to have their own bed. Location was perfect for all Park City/Canyons/Deer Valley activities. It is walking distance to some restaurants, a grocery store, a park. The paved trail that connects the whole area goes right outside the front door. The kitchen has everything you could want to make dinner at home. The whole place was spotless. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Book it now!

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! Even nicer than the photos of you can believe it. It is immaculately clean, nicely updated, comfortable beds, and luxurious linens. Kitchen has everything needed to cook up a nice meal. The set up was perfect for adults and kids alike. The kids stayed upstairs, and adults downstairs. Hot tub after a day of skinning was a huge bonus. Not to mention the location is perfect. 3 minute drive to Mountain Village or Main Street. Communication was fantastic and easy check in and check out. We will be back!

Fabulous two months in Park City!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as it looks on the pictures and described. The property manager was super communicative, responsive, and friendly. We had friends and family visit us at various points throughout the two months. The property accommodated us all really well. I can’t say enough good things about this property, we would definitely stay there again!
