Property not as described.

We have stayed at the Grand Summit on 4 previous trips and loved it! Unfortunately this accommodation was lacking and not as described. I think perhaps we were given only part of the property we contracted for? The property description of "2 daybeds offer additional space for guests to stay. With a spacious living area" was simply not part of the unit. Nor was the balcony that was listed in the description. It was the smallest unit we've been in so far and we paid premium rates. When we asked (prior to the trip) to add on one night, it took 2-3 weeks to get a reply. The additional night was offered at over $800 so I'm glad I chose another property for that night considering how disappointing this unit ended up being.
