Great place and FANTASTIC location

My family had a wonderful time and the property was great. Loved the hot tub, view, outdoor fireplace and the location was the best!! Would highly recommend this property. Kristin, the property manager, was very, very responsive and exceptionally nice. We will be back!

Perfect Summer getaway

Downtown location for this gorgeous house was absolutely perfect for our 4 couples’ friend reunion. The hot tub, the views, outdoor space, the stocked kitchen… It was exactly as promised. Park City is sweet.

Amazing home and great location!

My team and I stayed here for a short business trip, and we had the best time! Each of the rooms is on a different floor, which is great for privacy, the kitchen is large and spacious - perfect for breakfast as a group. Location is SO close to old town and a very brief walk away. We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub, but we used the propane outdoor fire pit every night! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, spacious, & great amenities!

We were in town for our son’s engagement. We had 5 family members and 2 family friends. The accommodations were exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was a hit!! The location is great for skiing & enjoying the town! We will rent this house again if we head back to Park City.

What a gem!

Our first trip to Park City so we didn’t know what to expect. The property and location were top notch, and enhanced our stay. Easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. The home was comfortable and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. Finally, the hot tub was a welcome treat after skiing and snow mobile treks! Would definitely book again.

Great Ski Trip!!!

This house is gorgeous! It has everything you need and more. The detailed booklet left for us with all the information you need for the home is done so well. (everything from how to work the stove, use the hot tub, and where to shop for groceries and liquor!) They also left us a bottle of wine. Such a nice, unexpected touch! The house was perfect for our family of 8! Everyone had plenty of room and space to move around. The kitchen is fully stocked...and I mean fully stocked! The check in process could not have been any easier ..as well as check out! I would definitely consider booking this home again!

Perfect for what we were looking for

We had a group of 4 couples stay for a ski/snowboard trip. Our requirements for lodging was that each couple would have their own bedroom and bathroom as well as a hot tub to use when we were done on the slopes each day. This house had exactly that. The hot tub was HUGE and fit all of us with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen had everything needed except potholders or kitchen towels (maybe we just didn’t look everywhere.) Plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc. We utilized all the speakers throughout the house to enjoy our time spent there between skiing and dinner. The dishwasher and washing machine got plenary of use for our group. One thing that would have been nice is to have a few more pods for both the dishwasher and the washing machine, but now I’m getting picky (they did supply a couple.) One thing that was a non-issue for us, but is worth mentioning is that there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on its own level which was great for us, but could possibly be an issue for any families traveling with young children. As far as location, the house is close enough to Main Street to walk to any shops and restaurants on Main Street. The stairs leading down to Main Street are easily accessible. Just make sure you have caught your breath before heading back up them on the way back to the house. We took advantage of the bus system to take us to and from the ski lifts since we were carrying our ski gear back and forth to and from the house. We did not have any need to rent a vehicle for the trip since everything was either in walking distance, or available via the bus system. We did have to Uber to get groceries for the week. There was an option to have the house stocked with groceries before we arrived, but with our group we weren’t sure of what everyone would want so we opted to go to the store when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Park City for a ski trip, or any other reason. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, Great Location, and Very Cool!

This rental was quite marvelous! My family and friends had such a wonderful time staying here in Park City. The architecture, amenities, and decor was beautiful! The living areas were wonderful to lounge, chit chat, and enjoy cocktails and don't get me started on the outdoor lounge areas as well! Overall this place is a 10/10 and may be looking into booking next year :)!

Wedding Celebration!

Roomy home close to Main Street

We stayed for 12 days while celebrating my husband's birthday. We had a great time! The house is minutes from Main Street and easily walkable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the bedrooms are comfortable with en suite bathrooms. There's a great patio with a fire pit that we enjoyed a couple times. We would definitely rent this home again.

Perfection!!!!

This house has so much space. each bedroom has a bathroom, but really what makes this place amazing is the patio and the hot tub. They have an inground hot tub that probably could fit 12 people. It has an automatic cover and it’s very private and so easy to use. The patio is amazing. Also, the grill was great to use. We absolutely loved our stay here and we love Park city. All of the homes in Park city are uphill but the great thing we loved about this place was that they have a garage and enough space to park a car in front of the garage. There was plenty of parking in town, if people were too tired to walk in. The management company was very helpful and easy to work with. I give it a 10 out of 10. We had 4 teens and 2 adults.

Amazing Stay!

We loved everything about this house. The location was fantastic. A very short walk to Main Street. The house had everything we needed for our one year old son including a high-chair. Having multiple rooms on different levels with their own bathrooms was perfect for our family. We loved the multiple patios! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful stay

This home is absolutely stunning! Very modern with artistic touches everywhere. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The in ground hot tub was wonderful. Will stay here again if ever in Park City. Side note: the house has several stories and lots of stairs. May not be a good fit for someone who has a problem navigating steps. Wasn’t an issue for us, but wouldn’t be ideal for elderly, or toddlers.

Great place, great location!!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ideally located, beautiful indoor and outdoor amenities (outdoor space is amazing given the location vs most neighboring properties with little to no outdoor entertaining space), everything taken care of and as advertised. Highly recommend.
