Location, location, location. Enjoy being the heart and center of Park City's Main Base Area (Mountain Village), this newly renovated top floor unit is immediately next door to Park City's Legacy Lodge including ski school, rentals, restaurant, bar and more. Payday lift, ski school, restaurants, bars, apres ski, alpine coaster, zip lines, ice skating and more are all right outside the door. Winter you are the heart and center of skiing, summer the heart and center of mountain biking, alpine slides, hiking, scenic chair rides, festivals, farmers markets and more.

This 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom is comprised of 2 separate units, that can be rented together.

In one half of the unit, enjoy this 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom features a beautiful open plan format. Living room features fireplace, TV and comfortable seating including sofa-bed. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite and stainless steel appliances. Fresh, mountain modern decor with beautiful hardwood floors is sure to please.

Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, corner exposure, and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom features two queens and TV. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and TV.

Unit is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. No car is needed, while should you have such an assigned space is available, and is complimentary.

The second half of the unit features a beautiful open floor plan living space with the dining and kitchen area overlooking the Legacy Lodge and resort plaza. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy the linear fireplace and TV. The kitchen includes both dining table and counter seating. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite and stainless steel appliances. Separate bar area with wine fridge is ideal for entertaining. Fresh, mountain modern decor with beautiful hardwood floors is sure to please.

The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bath and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin/daybed. The unit also includes a bunk alcove for additional sleeping.

Unit is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. No car is needed, while should you have such an assigned space is available and is complimentary.

Large unit - which is really two condos with separate entrances, not connecting, but it worked out for three families, two with little kids. Large well-equipped kitchen in one unit and enough dining space for us all to sit together when we brought chairs over from the other side. Liked that a Pack N Play and highchair were available for use. Really a 4.8 star rating only because the pool is a five minute hike with little ones across the plaza and not in the building. Photos and description are somewhat misleading there. Easy access to slopes - right above apres-ski live music every day but they stopped by 7 PM and didn't disrupt bedtime for the kids.

Property is well located and loved the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Some of the bedrooms were very small. Seemed designed to fit a lot of people. We like the fact that it’s really two condos so it offered some separation for families.

Location, location, location

You can’t beat the proximity to the slopes and shops in Mountain Village. This listing is actually two adjoining properties but are at the end of a hallway, which does provide great privacy. Both properties are well equipped and very comfortable.

Great location and convenience

Recently updated. Location and access to PCMR is top notch. Couple things that renters should be aware of. Parking is in a separate, adjacent building and requires a separate building code that doesn’t apply to all entrances to that separate building. The two units are next to each other, but are not “connected” inside the units. So if you have a large party with multiple families, e.g, the kids will need to go between the units through the front door of each unit (it’s all still inside the building and right next to each other). Point being, these are two separate, standalone units that are being rented together. Finally, there isn’t much storage space in closets (eg dressers or shelves)to put away clothes and personal items during your stay. All these are minor issues for our stay/party. Units were great and management on top of it. But others may care about these details.

This unit is described as a 5 bedroom luxury property. It is not. It is two side by side units with locked doors in between. It is very high priced and the quality did not match the description or the price. There is no housekeeping, trash is supposed to be carried by visitors to a site two blocks away! The gym and pool are 3-4 blocks away! In addition our cable TV did not work the whole time we were there. I am very disappointed and will not rent from this company again.

Excellent location

Ideal for staying in the Park City Mountain resort area. Using the City bus is convenient and will take you on a 5 to 10 minute trip to downtown. Short walk to many ski rental shops and the ski lifts. I'm left with the impression the interior pictures were taken when the property was new. The inside has seen some normal wear and tear when one considers that the property has been a rental for about four years.

Excellent Experience

This place was amazing!! Rented out as two separate units right next to each other, but easily accessible and more than enough space for our large group. Close to all the action and a very short walk to the bus stop which is a quick ride to Main Street etc. Check-in was an easy process, the place was clean and the location was near all the activities and restaurants! The property manager was super helpful/friendly and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend booking for your Park City adventure!

We had 15 guys fit comfortably into the two units. The units were amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. The service from the owners was great, they let us check in early and left us some great bottles of wine. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Location

You couldn't ask for a more convenient location if you're skiing PCMR. You can look out the window and see the ticket window which is right next to the stairs for the main lifts. The condos were more than spacious for our 2 families, one family of 4 and another family of 6. Everything was in working order and the check out process could not be more easy and painless. I also reached out to the management company a couple of times before our trip and they were really helpful. Maybe the only thing we missed in one of the condos was a kitchen towel? No worries though, we just used the paper towel provided. They even provided humidifiers and a glove/boot dryer. I would highly recommend if you have a larger group. Do note that these are 2 separate condos - the entrances are right next to each other. Worked great for our families.

A perfect family trip!

We've rented through VRBO extensively and I think this is probably the best rental we've ever had. Very clean, very modern, great location, and I have to say it was the most well-stocked kitchen! Easy check-in, easy check-out. We didn't need to contact the property manager, but received a few well-timed texts to help us along.

Perfect for our Group

We absolutely loved the location and layout of the two units. As already mentioned, they are not connected but the doors are right next to one another so very easy to go from one unit to the other.
