Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous time! The villa was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet and watching the snow fall from our villa once we were finished on the slopes!

Great unit

We have stayed in these villas a few times and this was one of the nicer ones. Check-in was very easy, unit was well equipped, has raised ceilings and no one above, master bedroom has elegant four post bed, view of mountains is nice. Kids love the connected indoor and outdoor pool at the resort.

The good and the bad

We couldn't get some things to work like the fireplace, we needed more towels and wanted more coffee and a perhaps a crib but we could not seem to get any of them. We had to go buy more coffee and wash the towels ourselves just to have enough. We loved the room itself and also love staying there. It was just a little annoying not to be able to just call the front desk and get service.

Perfect for a family

We loved our stay at the Zermatt Villas! The villa was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and whirlpool tub. The kitchen was great for simple meals and could be improved by adding few more items (e.g., larger pots and pans for cooking). The heated pool, gym, carousel, mini golf, giant chess, shuffleboard, bakery, and bbq restaurant were all fun for our family with 2 young children! We even enjoyed a Native American festival at the conference center one day as well as the Harry Potter decorations for Halloween in the lobby. It was easy to explore Midway, Heber, and Park City from the Zermatt. We had one small problem with getting locked out of half of the unit, and the management answered our call and responded quickly. Thank you!

Wonderful Weekend

Our stay at Chateau Villa in Midway was wonderful! Our suite was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were traveling with another couple so the layout of the rooms was perfect — kitchen/living area in the middle, bedrooms/bath on either side. The villa is in a large complex with our room on the top floor towards the back. It's quite a trek from the lobby, but there are elevators and the walking wasn't bad. Just know that it's not very convenient to hop out to your car, so plan accordingly. We had room service for breakfast, very yummy and quick service. The villa is connected to the Zermatt Resort, but is south of the main entrance; we arrived after dark the first night and couldn't find our location. We stopped at the front desk of the Zermatt for directions and they cleared things right up. The road you turn on is 700 Bigler Lane; go to the end of the street and you'll see a big parking lot on your right, this is the place; Chateau Villa, Midway Properties. Our weekend plans included shopping in Park City and a concert in Kamas at the DeJoria Center. We were 30-40 mins from both locations, and the drives were pleasant. It's such a beautiful place; I wanted to soak it all in. One fun bonus, the view from our windows was idyllic; rugged mountains sprinkled with snow, and an old cabin and trees nestled in a little dip in the field; perfect photo op! We plan to visit here again; perfectly wonderful weekend!!

Great experience

Really nice accommodations. Just right for me, my wife and our three teens for a little family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, the tennis, and the giant chess set. Kitchen was a good size and well equipped. Had a little problem with the amenity key at first, but the owner was very responsive and fixed it right away. Overall a great stay at a beautiful Swiss style resort.

Hotel rooms were exactly as described, spacious and clean. I love the location, appearance and layout of the hotel. One of the issues I though is with security personnel. He was unprofessional and needs to develop some customer service skills. He looked at us as if we were trespassing. My other issue was the pool time for adults, 9 p.m. was too late for me and I did not get much time to enjoy it with my wife due to children/teenagers splashing water and being to loud. I understand they were having fun, for that reason I would surely come back again to your beautiful place. Thank you for your hospitality.
