"The carpet in our room was filthy. The furniture in the hotel sitting area is stained and coming apart at the seams. Baseboards are unfinished or damaged. Breakfast buffet was cold. All hot items were cold. Staff, however, were very nice and helpful. Hotel is showing its age."
