“Cigarette stench permeated every part of the allegedly non-smoking property. First-floor guests sit outside their motel-style rooms and smoke, and the AC units draw their foul fumes in to saturate the furniture and walls. The rooms and stinky corridors seem as if they haven’t been updated since Clinton was president. There surely are better options, even at the sub-$100 price point.”

“Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.”

“I was highly satisfied with my entire 4 day stay. Will be staying again on vacation week.”

“We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance.”

“Expedia needs to go visit this hotel. They shouldn’t even have it on their site. Everything about it is nasty.”

“Nice place for a quick stop. Ac didn’t work right in the room and breakfast was nothing special but enough to get through. Great location to expressway. Room was clean! Staff was really kind. This is our second stay and will come again.”

“The room was nice no refrigerator no microwave, TV with Little, bathroom door kept sticking and it was loud. The bed was comfortable. Wish they would’ve had breakfast on the weekends. They have it during the week, but not weekends. overall, I’d give it a three or four..”

“The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated”

“Our stay here was excellent. Our only quibble was the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast for oatmeal and the chintzy plastic flatwear.”

“Not much to be liked. Pool and hot tub broke. No estimate on when it will be fixed. AC unit for lobby, dining area and corridors broke. Staff were keeping doors open to get fresh air which allowed bugs to enter. Elevator safety inspection expired Jan 01,2026. This property feels like no one can spend money to fix material issues. Should be closed until they can fix issues”
