「We did not receive the room we reserved. Because we booked through Expedia and not directly with the property, they offered no resolution to the issue. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, our room phone rang at 4:30 am and then the room alarm went off at 6:00. We had 4 people crammed into a room that was not sufficient with interrupted sleep and a staff that did not care to help us find a more suitable room, like the one we booked. would not recommend.」

「I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in New Holland Pa. The first night was ok except for the shower tub drain not draining well it took almost 10 minutes to clear out. On our second night stay, we returned to a dirty uncleaned room. The beds were unmade, tub was dirty, garbage was not emptied, no clean towels were provided. We went to call the front desk and the phone was not working. We walked downstairs and spoke to the night manager who brought up towels and told us that the room wasn't...

「Overall the stay was fine. It was comfortable, clean and close to everything we were there for. My only complaints (which were minimal) were the fact that the body wash was empty in the shower, the indoor pool was cold, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly loud on the morning of our check out HOURS before we were due to check out so there was no sleeping in for us on the last day.」
