Nice hotel. What you would expect for a nice 4 star hotel, but too close to the train station, which is not a nice neighborhood, and 20 minute walk away from the historic center.

I stay frequently here and was disappointed that the past two trips this month the conditioner has not worked. This trip I asked reception 3 times to top it up as the pump didn’t work and called from my room - it was never sorted - very frustrating

Had a lovely time at the Novotel in Parma

We had a lovely time at our stay at the Novotel Parma Centro. The staff was very receptive and accommodating. Loved the restaurant and the buffet breakfast as well (the fruit especially was so fresh!). Being so close to the train station, I would definitely stay here again.

Working parents friendly environment

A very nice hotel in center of Parma, for all the travellers with kids and/or on business i highly recommend; overall clean and family friendly, good internet and has a little play ground for the youngest

Wonderful hotel

This hotel is located close to Parma railway station and the city center. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was exactly as we like it and the water pressure in the bathroom very good! We highly recommend this hotel!

We were only here for 1 night. It was a very busy hotel, but those checking guests in were efficiant and pleasant. The lobby bar and restaurant were quite good. On sute parking was a big plus.

The hotel was okay overall. Some staff members were really friendly, while others seemed less so—perhaps due to a language barrier. We weren’t allowed to check in before 2 PM, and initially, they wouldn’t even let us complete the paperwork. At exactly 2 PM, an alarm rang and only then were we allowed to check in. They hadn’t even checked beforehand if the room was ready, which felt a bit unfriendly and odd. The room itself was small and a bit worn. It was close to the hallway, and we could hear everything—lots of people walking by and talking. The location is central, which is convenient, but it’s near the train station, so the area felt a little dirty.

This is a classy hotel with refined customer service and facilities. The lobby and lobby bar are lovely. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is adjacent to the train station, and just a short walk from the main shopping area and historical sights. The room was excellent. Modern, yet comfortable.
