Front Villa Ampela Thalassa Beach

The villa is located directly on the seafront in Ambelas, with an exquisite, unobstructed view of the Aegean sea, the Ambelas fishing harbor and the majestic island of Naxos. Within 150 meters, there is a lovely sandy beach where one can either bring one's own umbrella or take advantage of the full amenities offered by the beach club, Aspro. In addition, there are numerous, accessible coves along the coastline. The neighborhood is delightfully peaceful, even at the height of summer, while the lively, cosmopolitan village of Naoussa is just 4 km away. In addition, there are several excellent restaurants on the other side of the beach, within easy walking distance.

The villa is two stories. The upper level features a master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite full bath (including tub) and private balcony with a stunning sea view. In addition, there is a clothes washing machine in a small room on the upper level. The ground floor includes two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a small double bed, plus a full bathroom (w/o tub). The living/kitchen area is open plan with comfortable couches, dining table, TV and a fully equipped kitchen ( stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dish washer). There is a small, shaded veranda at the back of the house and an enormous, partially shaded veranda at the front of the house with the magnificent sea view, wooden dining table/chairs, electric grill and 4 sun beds. There is wifi throughout the house.

The property is set back from the quiet road, with grassy lawn in front and ample, paved parking in the back. For those who enjoy walking, the area provides beautiful walks along the coast in either direction.
