Studio 'Aeolian Blu 5' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Aeolian blu is a unique combination of Cycladic design & architecture married with a touch of an Ethnic theme overlooking the Aegean sea & the picturesque Paroikia bay & town.



    Our location is excellent,we are a beautiful 12min walk from the Paroikia main port,a 10min walk to the famous Blue Flag Livadia Beach,a 10min walk to seaside cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, banks & entertainment venues & a 12min walk to the central public transport bus station which allows you to see all of Paros.



    All is easily accessible by foot so there is no need to use a car unless you want to explore further areas of Paros.The airport is 11km from our studios & a quick 16min car ride.



    Aeolian blu studios feature free high speed wifi, latest technology airconditioning, large screen smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful balconies & views, designer comfortable bedding & couches, dressing table for work and make-up, modern toilets with useful shelves for toiletries and plenty of shelving & cupboard space for clothing and personal items.



    Aeolian blu studios are designed to be family friendly & can accommodate Mom, Dad & 2 children with the use of our expandable sleeper couches so the whole family can be together. If guests are all adults we recommend only 3 people.



    Our garden is a great venue to enjoy relaxing morning & evening outdoor socialising with beautiful tables, chairs & couches providing a unique traditional Paros outdoor experience. Free Parking is available on site & we love Pets & your Pets will love Aeolian blu.



    Smoking is prohibited in the studios but please enjoy your smoking on the balcony and in our beautiful garden.



    Aeolian blu studios are cleaned & linen changed every 3 days.Our team is focused & dedicated on great service to our guests & ensuring that your holiday is beautiful, successful & unforgettable! We welcome you to Aeolian blu!

We had a great host, that was very accommodating to our timing and language barrier. It was closer to the port where we came on and within walking distance. The use of his mapping pin helped us get right to the front door. Fast, friendly greeting from onsite person which took us to our room. Nice little balcony to view the bay and some boats within the area. Very clean & quaint inside which was prefect for our night stay.... which sure to the high winds made it 2 days. Our host was very understanding and made it easy for a last minute 2nd night stay. We rented a car to get around the island which is very helpful and a must if you aren't afraid to drive. Would recommend this again as well as stay here if we visit again. Thank you again Harry Kalyvas for a great time!
