  • THEA VILLAS are located in Aghia Irini, 5km from the port of Parikia and
    7km from the airport.
    The complex consists of 4 independent villas built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset.
    The sandy beach of Aghia Irini is 200m away, 5 min by foot. The houses offer a private pool (3X5X1.5m).
    The villas are ideal for families with kids( > 5 years) or group of friends. They are built in the minimal and traditional Cycladic architectural style.
    A mix of modern and traditional furniture provides comfort and relaxation. The big verandas offer magnificent view while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts for indulging cooking occasions.

    The equipment includes: Ceiling fans in all areas, TV, WiFi, HiFi, DVD Player,
    fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, BBQ.

    Daily Cooking Service provided upon request at an extra cost. Cooking Service should be booked one day in advance.

    Parking space is provided for all Villas.
    Car recommended to reach the house and explore the island. Taxi service difficult to book during peak seasons. Public transportation not convenient.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful villas right on the coast. Gorgeous sunsets. Dirt road to access so a car is very helpful. Hosts were great. Unfortunately we didn’t have WiFi service for our stay but I’m not sure that was the host’s fault. We stayed in the off-season so pool was not available. Overall a great villa.

Our stay at this property in Paros was memorable, primarily because of the absolutely phenomenal, million-dollar views. The villa itself is very spacious, and the setting is peaceful and quiet. The local couple who maintain the property were incredibly kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.There are a few things future guests should know before booking. The drive to the villa is challenging, especially after dark. It takes about 5–7 minutes to climb an unlit mountain road that is extremely narrow, rocky, and can be intimidating if you’re not comfortable driving in those conditions.The location is beautiful but quite isolated. There is nothing within walking distance, so you’ll need a car for everything, including restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.The property itself could use some updating, particularly the shower fixtures, which are showing their age. Also, while the setting is quiet, the villa is part of a group of properties, so privacy is somewhat limited when the neighboring villas are occupied.Overall, if your priority is breathtaking views, a spacious villa, and a peaceful atmosphere, this property delivers. Just be prepared for the difficult drive, the need to drive everywhere, and a few amenities that could benefit from modernization.

Wow!

This is a lovely home in a spectacular setting. staying here is far better than Santorini, with similar views, and sunsets, but markedly less crowded. We would clearly look forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing view and beautiful villa

We had a great stay at Thea Villas. The view was amazing...right over the water. The setting was peaceful and the outdoor patio area was perfect. Katerina was kind in arranging our stay, and Harry was a great help in picking us up and arranging for a rental car. Highly recommend this place to stay. Only drawback was that the road to the villa was very rough but passable in our tiny rental car. The villa is about 5 minutes south of Paroika via car. We found it peaceful and serene out there, but you definitely need a car.
