"me permito expresar una inconformidad respecto a la reservación realizada previamente.
Al llegar al lugar, no fue posible hacer uso de la misma, ya que no existe recepción física y el acceso depende de comunicación vía WhatsApp. Sin embargo, la persona responsable no atendió de manera oportuna los mensajes ni las llamadas, y cuando finalmente hubo respuesta, indicó no estar enterado de la reservación, mostrando además una actitud poco adecuada en la atención.

"Mosquitos everywhere! Water in bathroom sink functioned poorly. Shower has no liner so water was all over the floor in puddles creating mosquito nests! Ceiling water leaks in the hallway.
The staff was excellent, it’s not their fault. It’s the hotel owner that needs to make structural improvements to the building!
I DO NOT recommend you stay here!"
