"Clean room, great location. I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury. I was quite annoyed that they changed their check-in time policy have refused to honor the old one that was only"

"Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names.
