「Nice and clean room. However, no complimentary coffee or tea provide at the room」

「Surprised customer service at front desk is average. Disappointed」

「El personal muy atento, los cuartos impecables. Todo muy bien!」

「Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad.」
