「Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk . 」

「La habitación estaba muy sucia,las sabanas de Verano con el frío que hacía. Tuvimos que pedir mantas ,encima super lejos de los servicios de transporte,teníamos que pedir taxi para todo ,en los baños sucios te ponían cosas para ti limpiarlos después y en la cocina lo mismo ,lo que usabas o lo limpiabas o te contaban 50€ , un robo llegamos antes sy tuvimos que pagar 20€ por dejar el equipaje y entrar a la habitación que estaba vacía . No lo recomiendo para nada , no volvemos más a esta vivienda...

「Nous sommes arrivés à 14h,comme écrit dans mon mail,on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h dehors.On nous a attribué la plus petite chambre ,alors qu'on était les premiers:nous pouvions juste marcher autour des lits avec de grands enfants (13 et 24ans).Les autres chambres avaient un bureau et un grand espace.Il n'y avait pas de double vitrage,ni chauffage,il y avait des gouttes d'eau sur les vitres et on avait froid.Notre horrible chambre était aussi la seule mitoyenne avec la salle de bain commune...

「It doesnt have a lift but the staff was nice and helpful, she would offer to help you to move your luggage to higher floor.」

「The toilet is unreasonably small and they did not provide any shampoo and body wash. They charge 2 euro for each luggage stored.」

「Decent place for the location and the price. Don’t book if you are a light sleeper as the rooms are not sound proof in any way you will hear the other guests walk in late people having conversations outside like there isn’t even a wall. Room was clean and had a nice kitchen. Though the host gave me a ring of three keys and didn’t even bother to show me how to open the room and main door which proved to be difficult.」
