「The hotel staff were warm and welcoming especially Gabriel who went above and beyond. He helped me with an itinerary that I was interested in. I can't thank him enough for the effort that he personally put into making my stay a happy and positive one. Regarding the rooms, I really didn't like the amount of detergents and perfumes and sprays that they used, it was unbearable at times. Otherwise a pleasant stay.」

「I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.」
