Casa Tropical- Secluded Mountain View Pool House

Perched atop the mountain with panoramic views, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is a tropical paradise. Relax in the private pool, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy A/C throughout. Spacious living areas, a large ranch for outdoor dining, and expansive outdoor spaces invite socializing or quiet relaxation. With ample parking, mountain breezes, and stunning vistas, it’s perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, adventure, and pura vida.

Nestled in the lush jungle just one mile from the beach in beautiful Esterillos Oeste, Casa Tropical offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and tropical charm. This spacious, eco-friendly home sits on a large, gated property and is centrally located just minutes from local restaurants, a grocery store, 20 minutes from Jaco, and 40 minutes from Manuel Antonio.

Casa Tropical features 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with a total of 4 beds. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet with safe, private bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. The second bedroom offers two double beds and direct access to a large shared bathroom. The third bedroom features a cozy queen bed. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with ceiling fans, in-room A/C units, and smart TVs with cable and Netflix.

The home’s spacious interior includes a large living room and a gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals. Extras include an air fryer, blender, griddle press, rice cooker, hand mixer, and a specialty coffee maker. Enjoy meals together at the custom-made bamboo and teak dining table that seats eight.

Art and nature lovers will appreciate the hand-painted tropical murals by a local artist and the beautiful custom furniture throughout the home. Large ceiling fans and windows promote a cooling cross breeze in the common areas, keeping the space airy and comfortable.

Great location in the Central Pacific Coast

If you want to enjoy every single great beach in the Central Pacific Costa Rica coast this is the place. The house is simply beautiful and well located. The pool and the ranch are great places to simply enjoy the surroundings and rest. The host was awesome and always on top of everything. We are considering coming back in order to visit more beaches and the national parks nearby.
