Welcome to Whitestone Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

Indoor fun for those rainy days include a Theatre so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

Great time had by all

This was a great place for our small elopement wedding. We stayed Friday to Monday with just under 20 of us. The views were gorgeous and we had the funest time! There was a lot of space for everyone as well as a lot of privacy. Communication was great between the hosts and I.

A Lovely Getaway

Beautiful views and property

We stayed here with our extended family of 12 which included ages 3-80 year olds. The property is well maintained and the views are unmatched. Lots of room for activities and plenty of fun to be had outside with trails, sauna and hot tub. Thanks for having us!

Incredible experience! The most epic retreat

This vacation home simply has it all! I have stayed at this home on 3 separate occasions with large groups of friends and each time is better than the last. The property is incredible and the host is top notice. Highly recommend staying here.

The perfect getaway

This was our second time staying here, and it was even better than we remembered. Kim is a kind, responsive, and professional host and any issues were promptly resolved. We enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer and made family memories that will last a lifetime. A couple highlights were the large living and gathering space, the hot tub and campfire circle, the amazing water access and dock, and getting to see a shooting star on a clear night! We can't wait to come back!

The perfect cottage venue

This place is perfect for hosting a group of family and friends. The location and views are beautiful and the cottage is huge with all the amenities you could possible ask for and then some. Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage.

Cozy stay and spacious

I and my friends had an amazing time at Kim’s chalet. Host provided us with an option of early check in and check out. Great hosts, they were always available for any questions and concerns. There was enough room and space for 18 of us. Games and recreation room kept us busy. We would definitely visit the lake house again.

A beautiful getaway!

We booked this cottage to surprise our daughter and her friends for her sweet16th birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect. The layout of this cottage works beautifully for larger groups, offering so many different areas to gather in groups. We are hoping to book this again for another getaway with our extended family. Kim is a wonderful host, very responsive and goes above and beyond. We would highly recommend this cottage, it is a true gem.

SKYFALL Weekend

The property is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, spacious, functional, and easy to find. Mark and Kim were exceptional hosts; very quick to respond to messages, and incredibly accommodating in dealing with a few COVID-reschedules. Amazing wedding/cottage experience at Whitestone Cottage.

I have to start off my saying that this was the best cottage weekend we have ever experienced. Kim was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had even before we came for the weekend. We had rented the place for the weekend to celebrate our wedding with our close family and friends. Everyone loved the cottage and had the best experience all weekend long. It was just the perfect location and we have having nothing but good things to say. We will for sure be back and have already recommended the cottage to everyone!

We had an amazing stay at Kimberley's place. To start - this space easily holds a large group - without ever feeling like you are all on top of each other! Everyone had their own bedrooms (we were a group of 14) and the beds are so comfortable! this place also has everything you will need. the only item i would recommend is bringing dry wood and kindling to the sauna (in the winter) as the wood provided is left outdoors so it took us a while to get a fire going (3 hours) but once we got it going, it was perfect! We will definitely be booking this place again !

A Christmas Celebration For The Books

I rented this cabin for a Christmas celebration and one by one each guest gasped as they walked through the door. The pictures don't do it justice at all. Being there felt grand and epic while remaining warm and inviting at the same time. The space, the location, the property, the amenities - all fantastic and were ready for us before we even arrived! The hosts are also top-notch - easily the most communicative and helpful hosts I've experienced in renting vacation properties. My only wish was that I'd have been able to stay longer!
