Besides someone stealing my food that I ordered via door dash and the headboard collapsing from the wall while I was about to nap, the location is a reliable and cozy spot. I can’t wait for the pool to open up

The hotel is in shambles. The stairwell and halways are dirty, paint is chipped and faded. Obstacles in walkways, no water pressure, only 4 channels on tv. People doing drugs and fighting till all hours of the night....Lights onngazeebo malfunctioning and blink bright all night, stayed 3 nights got no sleep all 3 nights. No elevator. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed to hotel looked run down. Once we were given our key and drove around the side to our room, we saw unsavory character hanging out in the parking lot, marijuana smoke everywhere, and police crime scene tape on the second floor balcony. We felt extremely unsafe. Immediately went and asked for a refund.
