Room smelled like smoke despite us asking for a non-smoking room. There was a chair that smelled moldy, we couldn’t get an iron, there was no shower caps, when we asked for toilet paper after 2 days there we only got one roll of toilet paper. Horrible experience all around.

The sheets were visibly dirty, with black marks that appeared to have accumulated from being left on the floor. When I approached the staff member at the desk to report the issue, he seemed dismissive, making me feel as though I was bothering him. I invited him to come to the room to inspect the bedding for himself. He provided me with a new set of sheets but stated that the laundry staff had already left for the day, despite it being only 4:00 p.m. He also informed me that nothing could be done about the blanket until the following day. Additionally, I observed mold throughout the bathroom ceiling, raising further concerns about the cleanliness and overall condition of the room.

Its great place, low prices, good staff, but the room turned out to have bedbugs we left the hotel 1hr later.Im pretty sure only a low number of rooms has that problem.Just check the room.

Everything about the place is Terrible. I was scared to sleep in the room, i stayed up all night.. Overall, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I honestly think that HR should shut the whole place down. The first room Front desk gave me, was so disgusting and FILTHY, the sheets had yellow stain all over, their was a dirty ring in the toilet, the room smelled horrible, and the outlet near the mirror didn’t work. so many red flags there’s no way that they could expect people (besides feins) to stay and feel safe.. I was told that i couldn’t get a refund because I purchased the room online from a third party. So he gave me a new room and it was a little bit better but it still gave me the ick, I still felt unsafe, and the smell was terrible once again. I’m just upset because if i would’ve know what type of place it was before purchasing, i would’ve never thought twice about it. I’m not from around so I can only imagine how many other people felt played and disgusted. If I could give this a negative rating i’d do it in a heart beat.
