"I booked this a little last minute and was in a bit of a hurry when I did so. I did not notice that this is a self check-in, no staff on site accommodation. Not a problem for us, but I was not prepared for the “check-in” process. After checking my email and obtaining the code for the door, we still could not get the front outside door open. I called the number on the door and had to leave a message. Thankfully, in the meantime a woman who was also staying at the hotel let us in the door. There is a bit of a trick to opening the door, which admittedly, was outlined in the email, but my travel weary, bone tired self missed that part. I was admittedly frustrated but I can’t blame this on the hotel. However, what I was disappointed in was that no one, ever during our stay called back to ensure that we made it inside or could answer any questions. Perhaps, the system allowed them to see that we were able to enter after all - or maybe they just didn’t care. Despite this, the hotel was lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed. Downtown Springdale was also lovely with plenty of local restaurants and shops."

"Close to Highway, no traffic noise! Close to some food, close to baseball field to catch a game. We just slept, used nothing with the hotel. Looked like small indoor pool, huge open area in hotel. Outdated IMO. Carpet needs fixed, about tripped because it was bunched up in places. One sink in our room did not drain, held water. Small TV."

"It was decently clean, but those of us that were blessed with ocd cleanliness sees all the dust, cobwebs built up under tables and behind and on decorations. (The house was nicely decorated, but with that comes cleaning of all those items and all around those items), which unfortunately isn’t being done. There was a spill on the top shelf of freezer(which some of our items stuck to so I need to clean). My mom went to make coffee and there was still coffee grounds covered in mold. There is quite a bit of stuff all over the house that’s half used example(cough medicine) I mean there is a lot, assuming items are kept that are left behind or maybe the house isn’t throughly gone through after someone checks out. The garage that people would have to pass through to get to one of the bedrooms is full of stuff and not clean."

"We stayed, as a family of 5, for 3 nights in early June. House had plenty of space for us and furbished well. It was great for keeping the kids occupied (pool, games, etc.) when we came back for a break from exploring NWA. Property was nice but wasn't quite ready for the outdoor season yet (landscaping). Quiet neighborhood."
