“Hotel is renovated from old building, very high ceiling. Interior decoration is black and white with Tango theme. Very wonderful strong shower head. Location is convenient for walking tour/ bus/ subte. Wonderful view from roof top bar. ”

“Not worth it - book elsewhere. Very basic rooms with frustrating issues and unfortunately the service and inflexibility to accomodate guests lets the hotel down. The room also had a lot of construction noise through the day, the automatic light system in the room does not work properly and we had to find ways to cover the lights because they would not turn off and the last night one of the main entry lights would not turn off an had to contact maintenance around 1am after 30 minutes of……

“Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable well equipped rooms and super large amazingly comfortable bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars.”

“酒店大堂員工非常熱情有心，除清晰介紹酒店及附近環境外，更樂於協助我們開通電話卡。由於阿根廷的電話卡由本地人開通會比較方便，大堂員工逐一為我們6人開電話卡，非常熱心！ 另外，如果需要早於早餐前早checkout，酒店亦會提供room service早餐。”
