“Great host great place”

“Nice place love the pool”

“Overall experience was terrible. The house wasn’t clean, towels were dirty, and there was a significant amount of spiders and bugs. Also we were limited to shower in one restroom due to the steam from other restrooms alerting the smoke detectors. Owner stated that he would have us removed from the house if it was another alert. If the detectors are directly next to the restroom it’s gonna alert. Couldn’t enjoy myself because we were constantly worried about possibly alerting the detectors with……

“Easy communication with the host. Patio and back yard are amazing. Not a complaint but there are neighbor dogs but we love them and they didn't bark at nigjt as the neighbors take them inside ”

“First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here.”

“Beautiful, spacious, clean home!! Looked like a new house inside...immaculate, smelled great, cold AC, nice clean/comfy beds, and great amenities like washer/dryer, stove, huge fridge...all stainless steel appliances. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms...every little detail made this property have an "at home" comfort feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host, and easy to access/check in. Also, really good location, just off Hwy 45 ..easy to get to and super quiet,……

“I recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Houston.”

“The house was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Our overall stay was satisfactory, except for a few minor issues with the kitchen appliances and electrical outlets in the main bathroom.”

“The house was in a very good location perfect for what I needed for visiting family this week.”

“A very nice home and served our needs perfectly for a quick weekend trip. Thank you for everything, Carlos.”

“2nd floor unit, unit does not sleep 6 as stated. It's a 2 bedroom with an air mattress that was not operable. Sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Some Kitchen accessories were broken or not functional, remote to bedroom was broken, not”

“Very nice amenities and a lot of fun choices to keep guests entertaining.”

“When I arrived 23 hours ago, I was not provided with proper entry instructions. I could not open the main gate to get to the front door to enter the entry code provided. I had to contact you to receive additional instructions, which led to additional delays in gaining entry. You may want to update your check-in procedure to inform guests arriving after hours. I will keep the “No Shoes” policy brief. I can appreciate one’s beliefs, and abide by them - which I did as repulsive as it is to……

“Very clean and description is very accurate.”
