While the bed sheets were thankfully clean, the room was not at all what is pictured on the site. The toilet was leaking on to the floor, The sink stopper was laying broken in the sink. The "registration" desk is just the cashier from the convenience store next door. Only upside of this location is the price.

I guess it was ok for a truck stop (which we didn't realize before we got there). Floor had duct tape covering one area and another area needed it because it was a tripping hazard. All the counters were chipped. Only outlet in the room next to the counter didn't work. Mirror was deteriorating around the edges. No wash clothes and only a bar of soap for toiletries. No rod to hang clothes. Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate machines were free in the store. Room smelled of cleaners and the air conditioner worked well.

I booked a reservation for this hotel after flying in from OKC and they couldn't find my reservation. I was stranded in the parking lot with no transportation. They apologized two weeks later and said they cancelled it themselves do to construction going on.

When I tried to check in, the woman at the check-in desk claimed I had canceled my reservation, even though I could show her I hadn't. Then the woman claimed to have no rooms left, although someone came and checked in while I was outside looking for another room elsewhere. Then, a short while later, they sent me a text claiming that my reservation was canceled because of some problem at the motel. Liars!

The location of the motel was nextdoor to a semi-truck repair facility and gas station. This was an ugly commercial area. I did not feel very safe there. Snacks and coffee were available at the convenience store across the parking lot. Pets were allowed for $20/night plus a $50 damage deposit. The motel had no grass, but there was a tiny patch across the street at a burger shop. The room was worn and minimal, but the plumbing worked, the sheets were clean, and the bed had a lovely new bedspread. I did not feel very safe there.
