Whennohoned their number it was someone else’s number but she sent me the actual address and said she has had many phone calls! I ended up leaving shortly after getting there as no food and totally not what says they have on the hotels.com page!! Wasn’t even offered a refund for my second night so didn’t even stay there but paid for 2 nights」

「This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.」
