“Nous avons été déçus par l'état général de l'hôtel, son isolement (selon les vagues,possibilité de ne pas pouvoir rentrer, on a réellement risqué notre vie un soir en rentrant), la plage pleine de cailloux, l'absence de restaurant, en même temps l'hôtel était quasiment vide,l'absence de frigo dans la chambre et l'odeur de moisi dans le placard de la chambre. Un point positif tout de même la grande gentillesse du personnel, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les iles perhentians. Hôtel qui……

“Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself). Kitchen and bathrooms are not clean. Water pressure is low and no water supply in the hoses in the bathrooms. Washing machine is dirty and the kitchen floor is sticky. The lower kitchen cabinets have lots of broken cement and sand(apparently from a an incomplete work). The dish rack in the kitchen is rusty.……

“Was there for a one-night stop before heading to Perhentian island. It is located not too far from the jetty. Absolutely felt safer and more comfortable comparing with the cheaper hotels near the jetty, although the room rates are still relatively cheap considering the big rooms, hotel amenities, and great sunrise view.”

“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time……
