「I arrived at 9:45 pm. There was no one around to check me in. I had to push the doorbell button 3x before someone came to the counter. She left and a gentleman came back. (The whole time I was waiting OUTSIDE of the building ... not in the lobby.) I was asked for my ID, and credit card. Through a round while in the glass, I was given a rolled up paper, and a pen to sign it with. Then I got my card & ID back along with the key to the room. (No instructions on where to go .. or even a Thank you.)...
