「I have stayed at resorts and condos at st Pete beach, this is my favorite of them all. Quiet neighborhood and clean without the riff raff and traffic of other parts of the beach. You walk outside, you go left past three houses and you are at beach access ramp, three houses to the right and you are on the bay front. Restaurants, all blocks away including the wharf where we had dinner almost every night and paradise grille (on the water) for lunch and breakfast. Location is amazing. The studio/eff...

「The checking in and out was so easy and hassle free. We enjoyed our stay and the location couldn’t have been better. The extra amenities, (chairs, floats, location, toys), were great! If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the bathroom and kitchen are much smaller than they look in the photos. A very large person would have difficulty using the bathroom and the kitchen can really only hold one person. That being said, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.」

「Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Modern and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with matching pretty tableware. The two bedrooms are both roomy and bright. No need to draw straws. Great vibe here with everyone coming together to recover from the storms. Sad to see the loss of some landmarks. Picky things: a couple more wine glasses would be good. One of the beach cruisers was nearly unridable. Otherwise a perfect 10.」

「House was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay. The personal touches (especially the coffee and tea bar) made us feel at home. Back deck was so relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. Beds comfortable with a tv in every room. Would give this place a “10”! 」
