「Room and bathroom were very clean. AC worked fine. The hotel has no check-in/out staff. All communications occur electronically. However, check-in is clearly communicated and easy and straightforward. Parking was fine. EV accommodations are provided. 」

「The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training. The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again 」

「Good place. BUT .. as a security measure you’ve got to do a “challenge and respond” EVERY time you try to use the elevator to get to your room. They force a card into your hands if you try to take kids into the restaurant— it has laws quoted on it about no loitering with children in the casino area.. To make it clear you must show your ID to the security guard EVERY TIME YOU USE THE ELEVATOR.. and then use your card to activate the elevator buttons. BIT too much… I’ll take my chances and...

「When we arrive, the the hospitality was really nice. My reservation said that my room slipped five because it was my husband myself and three children, but there was only two queen best in the world. I assume that would be a separate room with the pullout sofa and TV, but there was not they did provide a rollaway bed. I was informed that the beach view rooms only have two queen beds in them because of the positioning of the room toward the beach. The view was spectacular beautiful view. The...
