Awesome Stay

We spent Thanksgiving at this property and enjoyed the beach-inspired interiors, top-of-the-line appliances, and short stroll to the beach. The large backyard was perfect for outdoor dining and playing outside.

Highly recommended!

This property is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with a great backyard. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a half block from the beautiful white sand beach. We definitely recommend this as a great place to spend a vacation.

suggestions. You need fly swatters. full size mirrors in bedrooms. Extra toilet paper

We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that it is more than a block from the beach. Closet door fell off glides, first time opening it.

House smells like mold and mildew, Don’t Stay Here!!! Complete health risk

Checked in, immediately smelled mold and mildew, exterior of the house has green mildew all over it and interior has black mold growing inside. Contacted the The host via the number I was supplied, but they’re not available after 5 o’clock, so I left them a message and texted and let them know. We cannot stay there because the awful smell and went and checked into a hotel asked to cancel my reservation. They refused to refund we did not stay there one night and they charged me full price no refund I have pictures to prove And VRBO did nothing to help spent hours on the phone with thier call center and was a complete waste of time…

Pros & Cons

Con: When we arrived at 3pm, the temperature in the home was 80°, the thermostat was set at 74. It literally took the rest of the evening & all of the next day to get the home to drop in temp. We set the thermostat to 69° & Within a 24 hour time period the temp had only dropped down to 78° at the lowest. Thankfully we brought fans. Pros: The home was very clean, well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, & beds were so comfy, also less than a minute from the beach & Walmart.

Quiet and Quaint

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. There were also some essentials like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, trash bags, etc. it is in a convenient location to a store and the beach/highway. I did find hair in my shower, so I cleaned behind the cleaning service. There were a few cobwebs as well. That is a bummer given you are charged a cleaning fee with booking. The A/C was also not functioning. Fortunately the weather was cool and this was not a problem. The ceiling fans also helped. I called the “non-emergency line” but we didn’t not hear back from them. I did not try to call the emergency line. Hopefully the property managers will correct the issue and your stay will be even better.

Wouldn't stay at sandy feet retreat a second time

The property was OK, but would not stay at same house again. The showers were not clean. Hair and dirt had to be rinsed down before using them. The bath mats were dirty and needed to be washed. There were cobwebs throughout the house. Other than that, the house was decently clean. Our main complaint was that the house was hot. The air conditioner was not strong enough to actually cool the house. That part was miserable because we were out in the heat during the day and really wanted to come back to a cool house to relax and sleep. We reported the air conditioning problem and were told that they'd had trouble with the air conditioning in the past. The unit needs to replaced6 with a

Should have stayed elsewhere

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived in Pass Christian following an 8 1/2 hour drive from Tampa, FL at 4:00 pm. Per the rental agreement, I was to be provided the door access code prior to arrival date, which never happened. Following multiple emails, messages via VRBO app, and finally a phone call while on the way there, we were messaged the access code at 4:21 pm - I would like more confidence that I can access my rental at the end of a long drive. Cloth barstools and couch (beige/white) are dirty and need a good cleaning. The guest bathtub would not drain, so I went to Walmart and got Draino so the kids could take a shower. Baseboards were dirty throughout. Everything was CRAMPED - you cannot fully open the door in the master bathroom because it hits the toilet. I pity those who left reviews raving about the comfort of the beds - it was like laying on a lumpy bag of pudding. The neighbor not only had a karaoke birthday party until 10 pm one night where his guests parked halfway in our driveway, but also decided 8:30 pm was the perfect time to mow his yard. The backyard was good sized and provided an area for the kids to run around. The location was good providing easy access to Beach street. The prior guests did not take out the trash as they were supposed to, so it smelled horrible, we took care of it. I won’t be back, and would not recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat for a Girl’s Getaway and Birthday Celebration. It was great! The home was just as it is described in the listing. It was in walking distance to the beach and a Walmart. Spacious living area, bedrooms, and kitchen with a nice back yard with a covered patio. Although it was about 15 minutes or so from the casinos, we were fortunate to be away from the high traffic areas. The home was easily assessable with a code and simple departing instructions. This will definitely be our go to for all future visits to the Biloxi/Gulfport!

Great place to stay! We were 15 min away from Biloxi which was perfect so you’re not dealing with the massive traffic and crowds of the casinos. House was perfect for us as we had 4 adults and 4 kids with us. Endless hot water. Comfortable beds. Tons of towels as well. Full size washer and dryer. Back patio is concrete and has a hose so it was perfect was hosing off the sand. The beach is right down the road it’s off of but may be a bit far to walk if you have littles as you have to cross a 4 lane road. The beach was beautiful and clean as well. Shaggys was a great place to eat and Walmart was a minute away.

Family Fun at the Rodeo

The renting process was fast and easy. Beautiful, clean home. Lovely decor, spacious. Plenty of space for a family of 8. Lovely backyard and patio furniture. Great location. Very short drive or walk to the beach. Nancy is a gracious host who communicates well with her guests. She made sure my family and I were comfortable. We will definitely rent again. Highly recommend.

Consider this before booking.

The house was what we expected. It was a newly renovated house in a friendly neighborhood. It looks exactly like the pictures, but there's way more trouble than you would think. The air conditioning barely worked. The lawn was not cut when we arrived. The backyard is infested with flies. The kitchen sink does not drain at all! The couch had stains all over it. The hose in the backyard was always leaking water. Besides all the problems listed above, it is a nice place to get away for a couple of days.
