"Convenient, better than average airport hotel. Reliable transfer to terminals is included. Nice modern and spacious rooms. Staff were a little disinterested at check in but otherwise we had a short functional stay"

"Staffs were very accommodating. The place was clean and quiet even though our room was right next to the main road. The restaurant was convenient; food was so so. The hotel is definitely safe with a lot of police men & women having their coffee break. There are many restaurants just around the corner but Can Nostre Cafe was our choice, Paella and Fish & chip were excellent. We will stay here next time when we come back."

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. "My room smelled like mold, told the front desk had them clean it. The smell went away for a few hours then returned, they gave me disinfectant spray. The shower wasn’t clean, furniture was beat up. My cousins room was so bad she had to change twice because of the mold scent which was why I didn’t move I was scared to get a room that was worse. The carpets was discolored had a scent in the halls. Hotel needs a serious upgrade!! The staff was nice, hotel is located close to a few food places and a mall. I wouldn’t stay here again "

"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."

"Great location, nice and clean rooms. Pool and outside bar generally good. The staff get overwhelmed on weekends when the bar and outside restaurant gets busy with non guests, service suffers as a consequence. Overall, a good stay and would return."
