“We had the MOST wonderful 10 day stay in Valerie's, comfortable and well-loved house. The photos absolutely do not do it justice. The house is situated in the most beautiful setting, the terrace is perfect and we watched the mind blowing sunsets there every evening. It was so so nice to have the pool to dip in and the deckchairs for lounging! We cooked most days in the kitchen which had everything we needed. “Perfekte Unterkunft! Eine bessere Küchenausstattung bekommt man in einer italienischen Ferienwohnung nicht (25 Jahe Erfahrung mit italienischen Ferienwohnungen). Auch deshalb waren wir bereits zum 3.ten mal da. Der Checkin ist völlig unproblematisch. Man kann auf Englisch per WhatsApp oder über den FeWo Chat kommunizieren und es wird sofort geantwortet. “This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. “Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr grosse geräumige Wohnung mit Terasse, Longemöbeln und zusätzlich einem schattigen Platz mit Tisch u Stühlen unter einem Olivenbaum. Alles sehr gepflegt u sauber. Der SalzwasserPool ( ohne Chlor)wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Zu jeder der 4 Wohnungen gehören Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Ruhige Lage umgeben von einem parkähnlichen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter die in der Nähe wohnen u gut tel. Erreichbar sind. Auch unser Hund war……

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”
