「I had a wonderful stay at Le Suisse Spa in Guatemala! While there were limited English-speaking staff members, everything else about the experience was exceptional. I came here for complete relaxation, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. I absolutely loved this place and would happily come back for a second visit. I highly recommend Le Suisse...

「Easy in and out before our early departure. Rooms were great, and breakfast in the room was an added bonus. Shuttle was ready when we were ready to go- and took no more than 3 mins to get to the airport.」

「I will start off with the positive aspects here. The staff is very kind. They do work hard and try their best, so this review has nothing to do with their efforts. They also have a decently cute garden on site and parking was easy considering the hotel was in the city. The main negatives were the bed was as hard as a rock, the pillow was paper thin so I woke up with bad body pain. Without AC the room was stale & hard to breathe so I kept in on, but when it was on there were super loud clicking...

「We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours.
