“La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. “Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. Communication with manager is a little challenging. He doesn't respond to email, but will pick up phone and be very pleasant. The directions he gave us to……

“It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.”

“Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. ”

“The room was small but perfect for two adults! Seems to be family owned, and although there is no view of the ocean from the room/balcony there is only a small walk there. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was minimal but sufficient. Overall great!”

“距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 ”

“Flott beliggenhet og nyoppusset rom kort vei til det meste, meget hyggelig personale. Ble møtt ved ankomst fra båt /ferje og fulgt helt frem til rommet. Kommer gjerne tilbake ”

“優點：價格合理，房間乾淨有空調，浴室寬敞，免費上網，路旁免費停車，還有小廚房可以簡單煮食，適合自駕旅遊的旅客。 缺點：蚊子太多，離市區有點遠，房東英文不太好。 Advantage: Reasonable pricing, clean room with air-conditioning and spacious bathroom, free wifi, free street parking, with mini kitchen to cook simple food. Really good for traveling with a car. Disadvantage: Too many mosquitos. A little bit far from downtown.”

“Être reçu par une religieuse peut être un peu déconcertant mais la chambre est vaste, propre (nickel), confortable, calme et climatisée. La salle de bain est très bien. C'est a 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à 35/40 minutes des embarcadères pour les 5 terre. ”
