"The room had a lot of issues. There was boiling hot water in the shower only. The windows faced the fire stairs and there was a lightbulb that was always on. Management was nice enough to turn it off but the curtains were not blackout type so we still got a lot of light inside the room. Be weary that you have to ask for someone to clean the room if you need it done. Also, you have to ask for towels. Once we asked them to clean the room they had no one to do it. The positives: the hotel is close to places where you can eat and it’s fairly new. They don’t have extra amenities when asked such as an iron, blow dryer or converter."

"We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco, Lima, and it never disappoints. Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend a hotel that truly defines excellence in customer service and comfort."
