"The most beautiful place to stay!! The hosts were the most lovely and welcoming people ever - no exaggeration. The pool was obviously the highlight but the whole of the garden/bbq/table set up was just brilliant. The only negative thing we would say as a big group is that the kitchen was lacking in a few areas. There were 8 of us and only 6 forks, only 1 chopping board, and only one frying pan really in use. It was no trouble but maybe would be nice to stock this up a bit more!"

"Very cute place. Its outside of Madrid about 50 minute drive. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Very unique hotel, the property is beautiful. Cute and quirky. If you have dust allergies or allergic to vegetation, this might not be the place for you."

"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. But I have to say I had a comfortable night and the room was good and the bed good and it was very quiet. It was a clean establishment so for the price I have to admit it was very much worth it. Just make sure you have a phone to contact the owner to get in and then go to the nearest town to find food and drinks."
