We booked and paid for 2 rooms for our last 7 nights in Phuket, thought we'd check it out a few days earlier, due to bad reviews. As soon as we seen it, we knew all the bad reviews were warranted. We asked to look in a vacant room but were refused because they were full apparently but we were allowed to view the property. We however came across empty rooms with the cleaners in the rooms and were allowed to look inside. All I can say is, omg. This so called hotel is terrible. First glance was enough and I hate to say this but it's the worst hotel I've ever seen. Mould half way up the bedroom walls, the place is falling apart and it's a nightmare. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Do yourself a favour and steer clear, it shouldn't be advertised in any booking site. I'd rate it 1/10 and only that because it has a pool. We never ended up staying and couldn't walk away quick enough.

Dump hotel a block from a rocky beach.

Old dumpy hotel with no spa ! Holes in the ceiling with animals running around. The place smelled like urine, and those pictures on the internet are 15 years old. Don't waste your time staying here. This is not a 3 star resort, just a dump.

Convenient and clean hotel, good food and pool.

This was our second stay at the Bamboo Beach. Overall it is a nice hotel, good value for money, friendly staff. However, the shower in our room was unreliable, flitting between hot and cold. The chairs in the restaurant and on balconies are very uncomfortable.

Hotel económico y cerca de Kuta.

Lo bueno es que tienen transfer en ciertos horarios para moverlos al centro. El hotel necesita mucha instalación para mejorar la categoría. El desayuno estupendo. El personal del hotel excelente. Si las instalaciones son mejoradas, entonces sería un hotel de 3*.

Slidt, men tæt på strand og 15 min. fra centrum

Godt hotel nær strand og supermarked. Det ligger ca. et kvarters tid gågang fra en masse barer, natklubber, butikker og spisesteder. Hotellet var lidt slidt, men det var til at holde ud. Dog var der ret mange myrer rundt omkring i værelset. For prisen var det et godt hotel, hvor man både har mulighed for at slappe af ved poolen eller stranden og samtidig have mulighed for at gå ud om aftnen. Der er derudover mulighed for at købe morgenmadsbuffet til 200 baht pr. dag.

Nice modern room with pool view

The staff was welcoming. Room had great pool view in 1st floor. Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was full of cold water, sodas, and beer (not free) you pay when u leave. Pool was always clean and nice water temperature. Hotel breakfast buffet was also nice for 200baht. It had fruits, cereal, coffee, juices, omelette made according to ur likeing, sausage, eggs, bacon, salad, and usually like a Indian or middle eastern meal. Always had some vegan & veggie option. Good deal for 200 baht if ur a good eater. Location to Patong Beach is kind of far but they have free shuttle that will take u and pick u up. Great deal for price honestly! Also, across the street there’s street vendors with amazing local food. They’re all so nice and have great food for cheap prices. They’re usually there from 4 to like 10 or so. Would definitely recommend it. The only down side is that their massage ladies (one of them) wasn’t too happy when she gave us a massage. She was kinda in a bad mood, and massage is kind of pricey compared to Patong.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Kleines Hotel, auch für Familien geeignet. Frühstück war ausreichend, Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert, Bettwäsche jeden Tag neu sowie die Handtücher.

Not recommend. Ever never comeback

- Too old facility. Look much different from images - Not enough staff. Have to wait around 45 minutes to check-in - Too bad on problem fixing. I reserved 2 nights but my family cannot sleep at all because the room upper us always make annoying voice. They walk around their room which the floor made of wood. That make loud noise. They walked like crazy all the night even pass the midnight. I call the staff to manage this but nothing change. After midnight, no one answer my call anymore. My family have to move to another room that I reserve for friends.

Deception Scam Disappointment Discomfort Annoying

This is at the most 2 Star Hotel. Ratings, Photos & Expedia Recommendations are INCORRECT, FALSE, DECEPTIVE & DISAPPOINTING on part of Expedia. Expedia folks knew I’m travelling with family (I booked on call) - they should’ve advised me properly to avoid this hotel. It is NOT at all suitable for family living. I have taken photographs of all below issues. You will not get what you see on photos - Photograph of the Room shown was different than that was given to me. - Rooms have Very Very Dim Lighting. - TV: It is a 25 year old 20” cardboard box that with NONE of the channels that can be watched. - Toilet: Extremely Small with no proper space to take shower. - Electric Switches: Just 1 working electric switch that was in one corner. You’d need to carry coffee maker and put it on ground or rearrange table lamp to make simple coffee. - Cupboard: Very small and old cupboard provided that can keep clothes and items of just one person - Aircon: 25 year aircon, only one with remote. - Badly infested with lizards, bugs and to some extent mosquitoes. Moreover, they are full of extremely ANNOYING cats roaming around very Freely, Seating on couches in lobby, Pool area and also freely enter rooms. Hotel staff is very indifferent & encouraging to cats. - Laundry Bag was missing in both rooms, House Keeping was inconsistent & incomplete. - Front desk is used to complaints. They are way too rude and impolite. - Only good or helpful thing for me from hotel was above average breakfast.

Nothing like the photos. Room wasn't ready even though we arrived late. Given a basic family room instead of superior double. Safe in room wasn't fixed and was still locked. Asked reception to fix it, they came, looked at it and left. Flying cockroaches in room. Location down a dark street... too far out from Patong to be easily accessible. Charged 1000THB on arrival for deposit - wouldn't of minded if we had been advised. Very poor wifi. avoid!

Hotel was very rundown not like the pictures at al

Pictures were very misleading the whole hotel was very rundown. The beds were ok a little hard but to be expected in south east Asia. Staff were friendly but some on the reception desk could not understand English. The spa that was advertised in the hotel description is actually at their sister hotel some distance away. Apart from being dissapointed with the upkeep of the hotel it was clean and certainly satisfied us for our stay.

average you get what you pay for!

It was average! The room was big but a little bit rough it need new beds, the walls had some minor cracks and the restroom needed a little maintenance also the safe in the closet didnt work, the room has a really nice balcony with a view to the pool,The pool was really clean And well maintained, the room has coffee for free and a mini bar with beer and soft drinks for sale! The service was good for the first night but the second night we asked to get new cups for our coffee and I had already placed the dirty ones outside our door, so a guy came and gave me the same cups from the floor and told me I couldn't get clean ones I felt like that was pretty rude, the rest of the staff were nice I don't understand why this guy couldn't get me what I needed but ot was our last day so I let it go The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach it leaves tree times a day that was really helpful!

cheap hotel so good if you are use to staying in hostels but you can get a way nicer hotel for the same price somewhere else, we booled the nigjt for 3 nights but could barely make it through the first night so left immediately the next morning

タダでも泊まりたくない

最低最悪なホテル。断水・停電・エアコンの故障・トイレの詰まり、そもそも部屋自体が予約時と違う部屋。レセプションの女は人種差別者なのか滅茶苦茶感じが悪い。タイでは大概の事は気にしないがこのホテルは酷過ぎる。さすがに我慢出来ず返金不可を承知で途中から別のホテルに移りました。このホテルは勿論、エクスペディアも二度と利用しません。
