The best hotel we have stayed at and we have travdlled a fair bit. The staff are a credit to this hotel, they couldnt have been more helpful throughout our stay. We were sad to leave them. The family room we stayed in, was immaculate and a great size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed, from toiletries, to a well priced mini bar and flip flops and robes. Clean towels were provided daily along with pool / beach towels. The pool was lovely too and even though there only a few sun loungers, we did not struggle to get one each day. The pool has great views. Staff helped with arranging daily transport to the beaches, shopping and restaurant areas, which was cheap. Either a grab or tuk tuk. I would definately return to this hotel and honestly cannot thank the staff enough for a great experience.

A nice place to stay for just one night. Property in need of painting maintenence and a thorough cleaning. Lovely character being a colonial building. A great breakfast with everything you could ask for. August very quiet as we were the only people at dinner. A bit closer to the airport than patong beach. Nice staff

Sunloungers limited in number and some damaged. Looked like they had not been cleaned for a number of years. The restaurant had limited opening times in operation during our stay and coffee machine not operational at breakfast time. Staff were friendly, helpful and 3fficient and the communal areas were well maintained, the only exception being the aforementioned pool area.

It’s colonial setting means the building is not new. There’s no spa or gym but there’s a small pool that you can utilise. Not much of a view ard the area. However the place is quaint with friendly staff. You cld dine in with room service and the food is excellent. Grab is also available. Our room overlooked a dilapidated and abandoned house so it gave a creepy feeling so just don’t look outside at nite. Patong beach is just out front and they provide tranport out, 10 mins ride. It’s an acquired taste.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr abgelegen. Zu Fuß kommt man nirgendwo hin. Man benötigt immer ein Taxi, oder Roller / Auto. Das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Die Böden waren dreckig, die Terrasse und der Pool auch. Und die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war richtig schlecht. Das Thai Essen war kalt. Auswahl allgemein sehr dürftig, kein Käse, keine Wurst, kein Aufstrich. Service beim Frühstück schlecht.

We had a deluxe room with pool access, the room was spacecious and nice and clean. The room does not get too hot. The bed is too hard for our taste, but they can adjust this a little bit. For a five star hotel we expect a more personal treatment. We never had such a bad experience as in service and hospitality. We arrived too early to check in. So we waited for more than 2 hours. Unfortunately my husband was very sick and throwing up, hè needed to lie down. Because there was no room available before the official check in time, he had to lie down in the garden at the sofa. No one offered us even a glass of water when we arrived. The staff seemed not prepared for a group of early arrivals, even with our heavy big suitcases and someone who is sick there was no one at the door outside greeting is/helping us with lifting the luggage over the stairs inside. I had to go inside and ask myself if someone could come help us. When we went to the room at 14:00, they were still cleaning it for a few minutes. But when we checked out a few minutes later they called immediately to our room. Also we wanted to extend our stay for 1/2 days, at Expedia, Booking and the website of the hotel it said it was sold out. When we booked it was beginning of january and price per night was around 83 euro’s (without tax). At the reception the room was not sold out out, one time the reception said it was around 160 euro’s per night and one time around 180 eurO. We left and are never going back!

Hôtel sympa belle vue sur la mer chambre propre lit confortable clim top , 2 point très négatif sonoritions des chambres et surtout au niveaux de la Clim un rat qui gratte des que l’ont met en route la Clim , ils n’ont pas su régler le problème , je doute que c’est dans toute les chambres met à prendre en comptes

2020年8月に4泊5日で宿泊しました。(日本人の投稿です) 詳細は下記しますが、トータルでは好印象のホテルになります。 ・部屋について  プールアクセスの部屋に宿泊しました。  ベッドを始めソファーや部屋の隅々までケアが行き届いており、非常に清潔感のある宿泊になりました。  ベランダからそのままプールに入れるつくりでしたが、段差も整備されており深いところでも1.2m-1.5mに作られているため子供がいても安心できる設計でした。    冷蔵庫はビジネスホテルにある小型のものになり、無料のミネラルウォーター以外にミニバーのドリンク(ビール等のお酒が数本、ソーダ)が入っていました。  室内のライトはベッドサイドですべてコントロールはできないため、個別に消していく必要があります。  コンセントは各所(合計5か所)にあり、充電等に困ることはないかと、コンセントの形式も日本のプラグが刺さる構造になります(電圧以外)。 ・シャワールームに関して  バスタブがない部屋が多いので予約時にご確認願います。  シャワールームにはシャンプー、ボディソープのみのため、コンディショナーや洗顔は持ち込む必要があります。  シャワーの温度はかなりの高温まで出ます、水圧もそこそこあるので問題ないかと。  脱衣所には大きな三面鏡もあり、化粧をするにも苦にならない程度の設備がそろっています。  バスタオル以外にも海やプール用のバスタオル(色違い)も最初から準備されております。 ・トイレに関して  この星クラスのホテルでもタイのホテルでは便座一体型のウォッシュレットはめったにありません、トイレ横にあるホース上のウォシュレットを使用します。 ・アメニティに関して  歯ブラシ、石鹸、髭剃り、コーム、綿棒、洗顔キャップ、ヘアゴムが人数分あり、使用した分だけ補充されます。  ティファールのポットがあり、コーヒー紅茶等も使用分は翌日に補充されます。 ・ドライヤーに関して  私の部屋にあったドライヤーはシャープのもので風量もしっかり出るドライヤーでした。 ・TVに関して  タイ語のチャンネルがメインで、海外チャンネルはCNN等の欧米メジャーチャンネルが2つ、中国メジャーチャンネルが1つのみで日本語のチャンネルはありません。 ・ホテルのレストランに関して  コロナ期間中のため、朝食のみの利用になりました。  スペースも広く、タイ料理からアメリカンブレイクファーストまで一通りそろっていました。  通常時はビュッフェ方式とのことです。  朝食のみのため味の評価は割愛しますが、可もなく不可もなく、よくある同グレードのホテルの朝食レベルでした。 ・レセプションの対応に関して  ホスピタリティーは好印象でした。宿泊期間中の行動予定をチェックイン時に伝えたところ、行動範囲にあるレストランやスパ等の情報を教えてもらえました(コロナ期間中でクローズのお店も多く助かりました)  レセプションに併設されているバーでお酒やコーヒーを頼めるのですが、真夜中のタイミングでも飲める状況でした。 ・近隣のコンビニに関して  一番近いコンビニでも車で5分程度離れています。  ホテルがなかなかの斜面を登った丘の上にあるため、徒歩での移動は厳しい状況です。 ・近隣のレストランや飲み屋に関して  ホテルから5分圏内(車)におしゃれなレストランやバーは数件あり、どこも観光地のお店なので、英語は問題なく通じ
