We had spent 12 wonderful days at this hotel and we never felt boring. The hotel provides many facilities and activities for families. Swimming pools are big and provided more than enough pool side chairs which you can easily find your space anytime. No stress to find a chair and you can spend whole day around the pool. The environment was excellent, with a nice private beach. All staffs were helpful and polite, always with smile face even they were handling with some unreasonable guests (which I saw quite of the guests they didn't follow basic rules, not willing to line up at the breakfast buffet, etc). The staffs still asking the guests politely and patiently to sign and line up and they arrange the tables as soon as they can. Even the cleaners who cannot speak fluent English, they still say good morning to us with a friendly smile. As a frequently traveler, this is my first time to hear "safe flight home" from the cleaners when we were about to leave. What a successful management! Hotel food were excellent and there were many choices for families, like Starbucks, burger fast food, beer corner, Thai, Italian and buffet etc. This is one of the most satisfied hotels we had ever stayed at and we will definitely come back again.

整理房間的人員,看到房間有小朋友的玩具,他在整理完房間之後,還用毛巾弄成小動物放在床上感覺很貼心😊
飯店每天都有安排活動,早餐不錯,晚餐有一天是泰式自助餐,但是最基本的涼拌木瓜都沒有,有點不專業!

開心的假期
住很好, 酒店職員非常熱情幫忙,很適合一家大細來渡假,我的女兒玩到不肯走。房間乾淨舒適,泳池大兼有三個,房間一出去就係泳池和兒童滑梯,池邊有免費冰條,爆谷,小朋友玩得非常開心,兒童設施多,有遊戲室,有蝴蝶園,海邊千揪滑,梯,沙灘雖小但水清,日落靚。我們兩日午餐也選擇意大利餐廳食,環境和食物不錯。酒店有shuttle 15mins出芭東big C商場, 班次雖然疏但時間ok,或者可叫酒店代叫的士300一程。 下次一定會再來。

housekeeper 偷物資情況非常嚴重,煩請貴酒店正視問題!
housekeeper 經常「偷雞」不主動補給每一天的用品,例如:shampoo, shower gel, 甚至牙刷套裝! 我們每天打電話去 housekeeper 追, 她們甚至回答「沒有牙刷供應」,直到住宿的第三個晚上我們實在是忍無可忍,打電話去前台 (reception) 追問酒店是否沒有牙刷提供,housekeeper 才送了一套過來! (當然, 第四天我們沒有追, housekeeper 也沒有再提供牙刷了!) 我們訂了二間房間,入住四晚,每天都是補給不足!housekeeper 偷物資情況非常嚴重,煩請貴酒店正視問題!

Amazing vacation experience at the Marriott
We had one of our best stay in the Marriott Merlin. The hotel is about 10-15 mins ride from Patong Beach, it's quiet, away from the busy night life. The hotel offer free shuttle is provided to Patong if you wish to visit the town. But we enjoy our stay in the hotel so much that we didn't feel the need to leave. They have everything there, the small private beach at the hotel was amazing, and hotel arrange plenty of activities for kids everyday. The food was delicious, the quality and range of varieties at breakfast and restaurants exceeded our expectation. We're also very impressed with the service, everyone of the staff we encountered are very friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Last but not least, the rooms are clean and well kept, beds are comfortable. Our experience was a perfect 10. We will definitely recommend Marriott Merlin and we'll be come back for our next vaca in Phuket.

酒店服務: 貼心1: Kate為我們辦理入住手續,問我們需要免費加床給小朋友嗎,還建議我們每晚加多一百港幣換另外一間房間,原因是這房間比較適合帶幼童的父母,一出去就是泳池,近沙灘,近吃早餐的地方,會比較方便,聽完我們就立刻加錢換。 貼心2: 加床的床很舒適,而且酒店留意到我女兒當天帶著Piglet,細心的安排了床鋪和一隻大的Piglet陪她睡,這讓我們都好開心。 酒店整潔: 貼心3: 清潔房間的人員都非常有心有禮貌,我不知道他們叫什麼名字,但無論男女都有禮貌,他們知道我們游完水踏進房間地下會濕,所以為我們舖好毛巾,放好拖鞋。 住宿設施: 有一個兒童俱樂部,雖然很小,但我女兒每天都要進去玩一下。 貼心4: 他們每天都有不同活動給小朋友參加,我們沒有參加,但我第一天看到有小朋友打泰拳,跳舞,應該也是好好玩的。 餐廳: 早餐是自助餐,照顧到各地人的需要,有西式,有飯,粥,點心,麵,還有印度食物。 貼心5:吃完早餐還可以點飲料帶走,多大方吖! 酒店的餐廳我們吃過兩家,Pizza,意大利麵都好吃。 地點: 酒店地點距離巴東沙灘鬧市區不算遠,但必須要坐車,酒店有接駁車去主要商場,但我們帶小朋友很難預時間,所以每次出去都是酒店叫酒,300泰幣一程,回來坐TUKTUK也要300泰幣,所以我們晚餐一半在酒店,一半出去吃,我覺得如果接駁車的時間可以再多點就好了,但可能這是想留大家在酒店消費的一個好方法^^ 我們在這裡住了5天,非常推薦這家酒店給大家!

A very nice hotel
We had a great holiday at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach. Service of the hotel was good. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. There are three swimming pools with lots of inflatables and swimming noodles provided. The room we stayed was clean and tidy. It is about 15 mins drive between the hotel and Patong, and the hotel provides shuttle bus in between with reasonable charge. The hotel has their own beach, sand are very soft and the view was very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The most enjoyable resort ever stayed in Phuket
We just checked out the resort from our last 4 nights staying here. We travelled more than 30 times in Thailand and find Marriott Merlin beach resort is the best ever stay for my family. From past 4 nights, we received every best customer services for all of staff, starting from welcome checkin, detail & effective explanation during checkup (especially thanks for the lady staff who helped our check-in) which makes me 5 min to understand most of the environment & activity of the resort. For 1st night having dinner at Grill Beach, we had some issues on the food quality. I understand I'm expecting a rather high quality of beef steak at a 5-star resort, but it also depends on different individual tastes. When I told the restaurant Ms. Gina, she listened patiently and addressed my comment to her upper mgmt Mr, Robin. Both are us respond and try to sympathy the matter effectively and quickly. This is an exceptional best customer satisfaction ever. Apart from those staff, all the staff from the pool playing with residents for playing volleyball/ water basketball, breakfast area staff, conceirige...I am sure all are being well trained and wonderfully well performed to customers. It reflects such a good management from top to base. Apart from the staff, here the resors contain all the facilties walking in 3 min from my room to pools, slide, kid club, breakfast area. My kids 6-yr & 2-yr spent the whole day in the pool & kid club! Sure, next time to Phuket, We will stay again

Perfect resort for family. You can relax at the swimming pool with free popcorn and sweety treats or go active for snorkelling at the private beachfront. The room is so comfortable that is like a home away home. Children never get bored as lots of games and activities for them.

非常好的親子酒店
酒店員工非常有善,時常都笑容滿臉,但做事有點慢。 泳池一流,也很舒適,但始終蚊蟲多,建議酒店多派人員進行清理水面。 有私人沙灘但浪好大,不敢下水,所以不知道海底是否如圖般美。 食物不錯,與芭東海灘的價格差不多,味道比較清淡。 但酒店整體設施舊了,建議要開始翻新。 酒店員工沒有提供Wifi Password,所以不知道接收如何。 地點偏遠,要坐20分鐘車到芭東海灘,建議下午5時開始增加Shuttle bus班次到每小時一班,始終酒店能吃的選擇不多,晚上出外用餐也是需要的。 在與2-4樓房間間隔完全一樣的情況下,地下直接連泳池的房間的費用相對有點高,感覺上不太需要住地下1樓的房間。

往來巴東算便利只需15分鐘車程 客房非常整潔,各樣設施及工作人員服務很好,唯獨有部份地區進行裝修工程發出嘈音,但影響不大。 我們帶2歲小孩來亦有很多設施適合孩子玩耍,海灘很乾淨亦有一個大樹遮擋太陽可以待一整天。 推薦大家入住。

整體入住經驗都算不錯,唯一是走廊太古舊,但房間一切設備都完善,自助早餐也多選擇,泳池也非常大,水質也好。位置離芭東約十分鐘車程,出入要用車,有免費泊車位,酒店也有免費接駁車往芭東的。

Nice hotel so comfortable and pretty close to the town...nice swimming pool but many bugs and birds in that restaurant.....the food is not good... Staff is so nice So shocked that is not WIFI at room.................................. :(((((

First day night we find air con leaking, then we got upgrade to pool access room, however, we find the room is hot and they called ppl to fix, after fixed, air con leaking again.......... We are very disappointed to Marriott about this exp. btw, the hotel staff are nice and helpful, and they are willing to Solve the problem for us.

In general, this hotel is really great. Specially, the stuff is very friendly and really nice in their hospitality. The only critical thing like in all other Marriott hotels worldwide is the lousy music. Who in this group that coming from three different sides is nice for the guests
