I was on the 19th floor suite (1907). It rained most of my stay there and the room was litterally leaking with water from the rain. I contacted staff and they ame to mop it up ans placed bucket under the leaking area. The wooden floor had air bubble undernathe and would making a creaking noise with every step. My overall stay was decent, minus the leak and flooring, but I would not book at this location again.

I have stayed here many times, I like the hotel, the location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, I always opt for Asian food which tastes amazing... The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

"The view was amazing and the pool was so beautiful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Dusit Central Park mall and right across from the Lumphini park and is in walking distance to the MRT and the BTS station. We had a great time and will definitely come back!"
