This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control was arranged for all rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

"Perfect example of a “fake” luxury hotel. While on the surface it looks like a luxury place with premium amenities, room, modern design, in practice the hotel quality is low. The AC will prevent you from sleeping, the windows are not well isolated and you’ll feel like sleeping on the road, the toilet ..."
